App does not detect location for track book even when location is turned on

Expected behavior

I should be able to record my tracks using the Trackbook app

Actual behavior

Location was not recognized when using the blue button that works for taking tracks

How to reproduce

  • Download Trackbook from Fdroid here

  • Switch on your device location

  • Test location by using the left button that indicates GPS locator

  • Use the blue button beside to get your tracks, it would say location turned off

  • switch off and on your location again, its the same result

  • Browser: Trackbook version 1.1.8
  • Operating system: Android 7.0

    Hello @influxair, this can not be considered as a bug. After allowing all permissions and tuning on your location, you are expected to move from one position to another before the blue button can be activated to keep track of your movement.
