My name is Kami. I live in the USA in Utah. I am a mother to 4 amazing kids and have an awesome husband! After struggling with my weight in entire life I found an amazing health program about 3 years ago and lost 65 pounds. Best part is, kept it off for over 2.5 years! I now help others find the same success I have and have coached thousands of people towards better health! It is my mission in life to spread this gift. Some of the things we love to do is travel, play with our kids, meet new people, and enjoy life! I love to craft and make my house beautiful.     I love your jeans progression! I’ve had a similar experience, from 16 to size 10. I would guess your transition was about more than just a diet.
