I’d been at the gym that last Saturday morning. When I was done with my workout, I drove to grocery store to buy a few things. As I walked back to my car, a woman parking her own car wished me good morning. I smiled and good morning'd her.
She was so kind. We made small talk while she was exiting her vehicle and I was putting my bag in the car and she said “Hold on, I have something for you” she walked over to me with a big box and it was a brand new vibration plate in the box, never opened.
I was so shocked, because I had been thinking about getting a vibration plate because there are some health benefits associated with using them. I was so grateful.
She told me she offered it to me because I smiled at her and she needed that smile.
The moment had me in awe of her kindness to a stranger, but also, it was a reminder to be kind to others and that sometimes all it takes is a smile and hello.” Also, my mind was blown because, I REALLY wanted a vibration plate and all of a sudden, I had one.
I love little moments of joy like that.
