As an Social Work OJT, where my niece and two of her classmates were assigned in a Rural area, according to my niece, one of the local resident invited them for a dinner and what surprises them is this, that locals are still fond of cooking this kind exotic delicacies and they say that it taste good, taste like chicken.
This is a "Fried Frog" it is still famous in Rural and Upland Areas in Maasin City, Southern Leyte and maybe other municipalities in the Province. Take a look at the Process.
