Hola comunidad de Steemit.
Uno de los platos criollos en mi país Venezuela es el Pabellón, el cual está conformado por caraotas negras, arroz, carne mechada y platanos fritos. Generalmente está comida se hace para el almuerzo.
Pero para el desayuno podemos tener una pequeña variante de este suculento plato. Le agregamos arepas, quesos y perico que son huecos revueltos con aliño.
Que rico desayuno.
