Boiler Rooms

Boiler rooms, yes they exist.. remember that old movie in 2000.. Boiler Room, with Giovanni Ribisi and Vin Diesel..good movie. I'm here to tell you briefly of my experience in boiler rooms, and not here in the states but abroad where it flourishes. Whether it's south east asia, europe or central america there are tons of operations running extracting millions of dollars from mainly uk and australian investors. It all started for me while in spain backpacking years ago, bouncing from hostel to hostel, partying all night, ecstasy, herb, beer, girls..oh good God the girls! the girls in europe wow! Anyway, I remember being in an irish pub in madrid just about to pull this lovely blonde from belgium while I was rudely interupted by this plump english guy asking me where I'm from. Words were exchanged and the nxt day I found myself in an office with a bunch of limey bastards pitchin who knew at the time on the phone. Boss gave me keys and directions to my own apartment and handed me 300 euros cash and told me to show up tmrw at 7am suited and booted. Had to spend like 100 of it on dress shirts and ties..that sucked. Watch the movie I mentioned earlier, that's exactly what is going on in these rooms. I'd be lying if I said I didn't learn how to do it and made a ton of money in a years time and had a villa in ibiza and was driving a convertible porsche boxster. The crazy thing was mostly all these english guys were always broke, on drugs and drinking pints like the world was ending. They just didn't have the ability to save and invest. Well, karma is a bitch anyway, my temporary wealth was gone in a short amount of time and I was actually happy it was. I eventually just didn't feel good about myself, the money, girls, coke, pool parties, designer clothes, gold rings and watches had corrupted my soul. I must of been in 6 rooms or so in spain, there's rooms in barcelona mainly, though there was a period I heard about where rooms were getting shutdown by interpol. Madrid, and marbella there's rooms. Also all over south east asia, there's one in particular in cambodia that's a pretty big operation. Thailand there's a few, a character named paki-pete runs the show there, heard he put a gun to someone's head. The phillipines, indonesia, and malaysia there's some more rooms currently running. Terrible business, I regret ever stepping foot into that sh-t, I don't cheat people, I'm an honest person but that filthy business changed me temporarily. I'd rather work an honest job than to lie to people and take a percentage of their hard earned personal wealth. These are people on the other end of the phone, with families and lives..the only way I could consciously do it was to act like that voice on the other end of the phone was just a voice and not a real person.
