It's tough, but in the current job market, people are always moving around to where they think they get the best pay/benefits. I don't see any point in sticking with someone who isn't treating you that well. Life is just tough with all those relationships, though.

I think a lot of people have the loyalty syndrome. They're sometimes commited to people because of sentiments and all that even though the people they're committing to, actually don't want to pay them the wages they actually deserve.
