Para comenzar haremos contracciones de piernas, durante estos ejercicios el músculo no cambia de largo de manera obvia, y la articulación afectada no se mueve, éstos ejercicios ayudan a mantener la fuerza.

El segundo ejercicio es: Elevación de piernas, este ejercicio nos ayudara a fortalecer los músculos de la parte frontal de la pierna, para esto será necesario que el abdomen se mantenga contraído durante todo el ejercicio y que la espalda esté bien apoyada en el piso para evitar sobrecargar la zona lumbar.

En tercer lugar estaremos realizando sentadillas; este ejercicio deben realizarlo con la espalda recta, la cabeza derecha y las piernas separadas a la altura de los hombros espalda recta, se debe flexionar las rodillas y las caderas deberán estar hacia abajo.

Para el ejercicio numero cuatro realizaremos Escalamiento pausado; este es un ejercicio con el cual se pueden quemas muchas calorías, debido a que se trabaja la resistencia, pero al estar con los brazos y el abdomen contraídos , también se realiza fuerza ,lo que hace que se convierta en un ejercicio muy completo.

Ya en esta parte estaremos realizando Combinaciones de sentadillas y pantorrillas, ya les hable sobre las sentadillas así que ahora hablaremos un poco de las pantorrillas. Las pantorrillas se ubican en la parte posterior de la pierna, por debajo de la corva de la rodilla y hasta el tobillo, el entrenamiento de esta zona nos ayuda a mejorar la circulación sanguínea evitando la retención de líquidos y la acumulación de nódulos de grasa. Es decir que es un ejercicio muy recomendado para tener una buena salud física.
