Hola comunidad Hive espero que se encuentren bien! hoy voy a seguir con mi rutina de entrenamiento desde mi casa, en mi plan de entrenamiento me toco realizar ejercicios para fortalecer la espalda espero que les guste.

# El primer ejercicio que realice fue dominadas.

Este ejercicio es fundamental porque trabaja con el propio peso del cuerpo, ya que nos obliga a tener la espalda en total extensión al estar colgados de nuestros brazos, sirve para ensanchar la espalda.

> # The first exercise I did was the pull-ups. >

This exercise is essential because it works with your own body weight, as it forces us to have the back in full extension to be hanging from our arms, serves to widen the back.

Este ejercicios trabaja principalmente las espalda y mas si se cambia el agarre a supinación o la distancia de la separación de las manos, incidiremos en diferentes ángulos de la espalda, lo cual permitirá un gran trabajo de esta zona del cuerpo.

This exercise works mainly the back and more if you change the grip to supination or the distance of the separation of the hands, we will affect different angles of the back, which will allow a great work of this area of the body.

se trabajan los músculos tanto de la parte superior como de la parte inferior del cuerpo. Cabe señalar que, con este ejercicio se trabaja aproximadamente el 80% de los músculos del cuerpo.

Este ejercicio se debe realizar tomando una mancuerna con una mano y apoyando la rodilla y la palma de la mano del lado opuesto sobre un banco plano, la espalda estará fija y el brazo que posee el peso debe quedar extendido por el lateral del cuerpo, desde esta posición inicial y conservando la espalda fija, debemos inspirar y tirar de la mancuerna para elevarla hacia la espalda mientras el brazo permanece paralelo al cuerpo, llevando el codo bien atrás para imitar el gesto de remo.

> # The fourth exercise I performed was horizontal rowing with dumbbells. >

This exercise should be performed by taking a dumbbell with one hand and resting the knee and the palm of the hand of the opposite side on a flat bench, the back will be fixed and the arm that has the weight should be extended by the side of the body, from this initial position and keeping the back fixed, we must inhale and pull the dumbbell to raise it towards the back while the arm remains parallel to the body, bringing the elbow well back to mimic the gesture of rowing.

yo trabaje 5 series de estos ejercicios, ya que son unos de los ejercicios que mas trabajos porque me protege de una lesión a la hora de lanzar.

por ultimo un consejito para evitar alguna posible lesión, la espalda debe estar recta y las rodillas ligeramente flexionadas, ya que estos ejercicios si lo realizan en mala posición puede generar dolores y molestias en la zona lumbar. La columna debe conservar su curvatura normal.

Finally, to avoid any possible injury, the back should be straight and the knees slightly bent, since these exercises if performed in a bad position can cause pain and discomfort in the lower back. The spine should retain its normal curvature.
