Hoy vengo aquí con un pequeño tutorial de como hacer una rica torta de chocolate con fresas en vaso, rellena con crema pastelera de fresa y cubierta de crema de chocolate, especial para salir a venderlas.

Y ahora sin más preámbulos veamos como se hace, espero les guste.

Ingredientes para la torta:

• 2 tazas de harina de trigo. • 2 tazas de cacao en polvo. • 4 huevos. • 1 ½ taza de azúcar. • 1 pizca de sal. • 1 taza de agua caliente. • ½ taza de aceite. • Fresas.

Preparación:

Paso 1:

En un bol batimos los huevos con el azúcar luego agregamos la harina, el aceite y el chocolate en ese orden, luego el agua.

Paso 2:

Debo aclarar que no es una taza a rebosar sino a medio centímetro del borde. Esperamos un poco a que la mezcla se acomode y empezamos a integrar si queda muy blanda se le agrega un poco más de harina.

Paso 3:

En una tortera redonda echamos un poco de mantequilla y enharinamos con un poco de cacao en polvo.

Paso 4:

Vertemos nuestra mezcla en la tortera y la metemos al horno pre calentado por unos 40 minutos a 180 grados.

Paso 5:

Y listo! Tenemos nuestra torta ya echa, esperamos a que se enfrié y la sacamos del molde.

Ahora veamos como hacer la crema pastelera de fresa.

Ingredientes:

* 500g de leche. * 100g de azúcar. * 50g de maicena. - 3 yemas de huevos. - Esencia de fresa.

Prepación:

Paso 1:

Se coloca la maicena con las yemas de los huevos y lo mezclamos muy bien.

Paso 2:

Colocamos la leche con el azúcar se mueve bien y se retira del fuego cuando empiece a hervir.

Paso 3:

Se coloca un poco de esta mezcla a la mezcla anterior, se mueve bien para que no se haga grumos y se vuele a colocar en la olla y se empieza a mover cuando espese con una batidora.

Paso 4:

Colocamos la mezcla en un bol y le echamos un poco de la esencia de fresas y la batimos muy bien. Y ya tenemos lista nuestra crema pastelera de fresa.

Ahora haremos nuestra crema de chocolate, veamos como:

Ingredientes:

• 50gr de cacao en polvo. • 3 cucharadas de maicena. • 1 taza de agua. • 1 taza de azúcar. • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla.

Preparación:

Paso 1:

En una olla se agrega el agua, el azúcar, la maicena y el cacao en polvo, se reserva la mantequilla y se mezcla antes de llevarlo al fuego.

Paso 2:

Cuando empiece a espesar se le agrega la mantequilla.

Paso 3:

Cuando empiece hacer burbujas sin dejar de revolver dejamos la olla a fuego lento, se deja que exploten como unas burbujas, se deja unos segundos más y se empieza a revolver hasta que alcance el espesor.

Para la decoración:

Lo primero que haremos será cortar nuestra torta en 4 partes.

Luego tomamos la medida de nuestro vaso y cortamos la torta para colocarla en el vaso.

Cortamos la mitad de los fresas en cuadros pequeños y la otra mitad en tiras.

Tomamos el vaso y primero le pones un trozo de torta, luego la crema pastelera, después le echamos media cucharadita de fresas en trozos y hacemos lo mismo hasta llenar el vaso.

Y por ultimo le echamos la crema de chocolate por encima y decoramos con las fresas en tiras.
