Hoy voy a compartir una receta de salteado de tiras de pollo, puerro, cebolla y pimiento rojo. Es sencilla de hacer; su aroma y sabor son únicos. Lo mejor de todo es que a mi familia le encanta, así que aquí tienes el paso a paso para animarte a probarlo.

350 grs de filete de pechga de pollo, 01 cebolla, 01 pimiento rojo, 01 puerro, 03 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de paprika, c/n de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

>350 grams of chicken breast fillet, 1 onion, 1 red bell pepper, 1 leek, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of paprika, olive oil as needed, salt and pepper to taste.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es cortar los filetes de pechuga de pollo en tiras, lavarlos, escurrirlos y sazonarlos con sal, pimienta, paprika, una cucharadita de aceite de oliva y ajo picado. Mezclarlo todo bien y dejarlos marinar durante 20 minutos.

>The first thing to do is cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, wash them, drain them, and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, a teaspoon of olive oil, and crushed garlic. Mix well and let them marinate for 20 minutes.

Mientras se marina el pollo, lavemos y cortemos la cebolla y el pimiento rojo en tiras, y el puerro en rodajas.

>While the chicken is marinating, let's wash and cut the onion and red bell pepper into strips and the leek into rounds.

Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de marinado, calienta una sartén con una cucharada de aceite de oliva, añade las tiras de pollo y rehógalas, removiendo constantemente, hasta que se doren. Retíralas de la sartén y resérvalas.

>Once the marinating time is up, heat a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the chicken strips, and sauté, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

A continuación, en la misma sartén, saltearemos las verduras: añade la cebolla, después el pimiento rojo y, por último, el puerro; sazona con sal y pimienta y cocina durante cinco minutos hasta que estén tiernas.

Añade el pollo salteado, mézclalo bien y añade media taza de agua o caldo de pollo. Deja que se reduzca para que el plato quede más jugoso. Ya está listo para servir.

>Add the sautéed chicken, mix well, and add half a cup of water or chicken broth. Let it reduce to make the dish more succulent. Then it's ready to serve.
