Today, I will be showing you how to prepare a delicious and tasty meal of spaghetti jollof and egg sauce garnished with plantain and cucumber. The awesome thing about this meal is that, it is very easy to prepare and it doesn't take much time. >Feliz fin de semana foodies🤗. Espero que estés disfrutando el fin de semana. Me encanta comenzar mi fin de semana con una comida deliciosa y picante. Hoy les mostraré cómo preparar una deliciosa y sabrosa comida de jollof de espagueti y salsa de huevo con guarnición de plátano macho y pepino. Put them in seperate places and divide them into unequal halves.I am dividing them because of the egg sauce. I'm going to be using the larger half for the spaghetti and the smaller half for the egg sauce. >**Paso 2:** Picar los tomates frescos, el pimiento y la cebolla. Póngalos en lugares separados y divídalos en mitades desiguales. Los estoy dividiendo por la salsa de huevo. Get a nonstick pan and add enough vegetable oil. Add the slices of the plantain. Flip continuously to prevent them from burning. Remove them once it starts turning dark brown. >**Paso 3:** Mientras los espaguetis todavía están hirviendo, comenzaré a freír el plátano macho. To prepare sauce, add enough oil to the pot, add the chopped pepper and onions (the larger half). And allow them to fry for few seconds. Add the chopped tomatoes, stir and allow it to fry for few seconds too. >**Paso 4:** Para preparar los spaghetti jollof, voy a usar salsa. Para preparar la salsa, agregue suficiente aceite a la olla, agregue el pimiento picado y las cebollas (la mitad más grande). Y déjelos freír durante unos segundos. Fry them until they begin to spread before adding little water. Add the salt and spices or seasoning and stir. >**Paso 5:** Agregue la pasta de tomate y los tomates licuados y revuelva. I prefer making my egg sauce last, to prevent it from getting cold. Get your nonstick pan, add enough vegetable oil. Add the chopped onions, pepper (smaller half) to the oil. Before frying, I transferred the smaller half of the tomatoes, pepper and onions to a chopping board. Allow the pepper and onions to fry for few seconds before adding the chopped tomatoes. >**Paso 7:** A continuación, voy a hacer la salsa de huevo. Allow the chopped tomatoes to fry for few seconds before adding the whisked eggs then stir. Allow one side of the eggs to fry before flipping to the other side. >**Paso 8:** Batir los huevos.
