Hace unos días leí en un flayer la pregunta que cito en el título.¿Dónde estabas hace seis meses y que estabas manifestando en ese momento?,esas preguntas que nos resuenan y dejan pensando, la cuál tome, aprovechando el tiempo disponible que tenía en ese momento para no postergar esa autoobservacion, hoy con menor juicio, solo desde la observación.

Pude verme desde como si estuviera fuera de mi, hablarme como si estuviera hablando con otra persona, primer punto de observación ¿cuántas veces le hablamos con más amor a un otro que a nosotros mismos?.

Volviendo a la pregunta de el principio,hace seis meses me encontraba realizando un viaje sola en la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina,exactamente sentada en un cerro,con un libro y un perro que me acompañaba.En búsqueda de algo que no sabía bien que era y era reconocer que amo la soledad elegida y que necesitaba escapar para encontrarme hoy soy mi mejor compañía lo cual me permite compartirme mejor cuando lo elijo. Con la preocupación en mi cabeza de dónde iba a vivir en unos meses ya que se me vencía el contrato de alquiler, con todo lo que eso trae. Con un vínculo en la cuidad de La Plata,lugar donde vivo. Muy importante para mí en distancia y en silencio. Otro vínculo totalmente caótico y destructivo. En ese momento sintiendo y utilizando las herramientas que tengo y confiando que iba a poder,me llene de valentía y pude afrontar los desafíos económicos y emocionales que se me presentaban en armonía y calma, teniendo la certeza de que iba a pasar.

También me encontraba con el juicio en mi cabeza de que las cosas que más amo hacer como mi profesión como enfermera, el modelaje y las terapias espirituales que ofrezco no coincidían y podían ser juzgadas por un otro, cuando el juicio era solo mío.

Hoy gracias a esa frase que leí pude observar que todo eso ya está resuelto mejor de lo que imaginaba. Vivo en una casa armoniza, amplia mejor aún de dónde vivía anteriormente, con Gaia la perrita que me regaló la vida. Pudiendo elegir mi paz por sobre todo,alejándome de ese vínculo destructivo y agradecida por el aprendizaje, mi otro vínculo importante transformado y en paz en mi vida. Y en aceptación con todo lo que soy, pude integrarme en todas mis fasetas, sin rechazos para conmigo y compartiendo con ustedes.

Deseo de corazon poder transmitir a quienes están pasando por un mal momento que todo pasa,siempre las respuestas están en el corazón y la importancia de tener una red de contención que nos acompañe.

Good evening beautiful community, how are you today? Here I am very happy to share these experiences with you.

A few days ago I read on a flayer the question that I quote in the title. Where were you six months ago and what were you expressing at that time? Those questions that resonate with us and leave us thinking, which I took, taking advantage of the available time I had at that moment so as not to postpone that self-observation, today with less judgment, only from observation.

I was able to see myself as if I were outside of myself, talk to myself as if I were talking to another person, first point of observation, how many times do we speak with more love to another person than to ourselves? themselves?

Going back to the question at the beginning, six months ago I was on a trip alone in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, sitting on a hill, with a book and a dog that accompanied me. In search of something that I didn't really know what it was and that was recognizing that I love the chosen solitude and that I needed to escape to find myself today I am my best company which allows me to share myself better when I choose. With the worry in my head about where I was going to live in a few months since my rental contract was expiring, with everything that that brings. With a link in the city of La Plata, where I live. Very important for me in distance and silence. Another totally chaotic and destructive link. At that moment, feeling and using the tools that I have and trusting that I would be able to, I was filled with courage and was able to face the economic and emotional challenges that were presented to me in harmony and calm, being certain that it was going to happen.

I also found myself with the judgment in my head that the things I love to do most such as my profession as a nurse, modeling and the spiritual therapies I offer did not match and could be judged by another, when the judgment was mine alone.

Today, thanks to that sentence I read, I was able to see that all of this is now resolved better than I imagined. I live in a harmonious house, spacious even better than where I lived previously, with Gaia, the dog who gave me life. Being able to choose my peace above all, moving away from that destructive bond and grateful for the learning, my other important bond transformed and at peace in my life. And in acceptance with everything that I am, I was able to integrate into all my phases, without rejection towards myself and sharing with you.

I sincerely wish to be able to convey to those who are going through a bad time that everything passes, the answers are always in the heart and the importance of having a containment network that accompanies us.
