2b:T44a,I started to do different types of training again. I did one on Friday but didn't have the time to do a post about it. Today I decided to do another one. Why already another one? Simply because I will maybe do a race on Saturday so I need to do the hard session in the beginning of the week. I will simply do a slow run later this week to have enough rest for the race. It's maybe mid-October but the weather is still very good! It's a walking city so it means that in the center, you cannot go by car or even by bus. The only way to go around is by walking or with a bike. This is the reason I did 10,000 steps today. This is really easy and you don't see the steps coming. It means that back in the days, I probably did 10,000 steps almost every day. I wish Actifit was already there!
