Hola queridos amigos y amantes de los dulces, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta sencilla y muy rica, se trata de unas tartaletas rellenas de una deliciosa mermelada de piña casera, esta receta sirve para merendar en cualquiera ocasión y a cualquier hora, les gusta a todos y su preparación es fácil y practica. Esta receta consta de tres pasos, en el primer paso se elabora la masa, luego para el segundo paso se hace la mermelada, y por ultimo el armado de las tartaletas.

INGREDIENTES

✓Seis tazas de harina de trigo leudante ✓ Una cucharadita de azúcar blanca ✓ Una pizca de sal ✓ 200 gramos de mantequilla con sal ✓ Una taza de agua helada ✓ Para la mermelada: Una piña madura, una taza de azúcar blanca, una cucharadita de canela en polvo

PREPARACION

Comenzamos con nuestra preparación: Primero colocamos en un bol nuestra harina de trigo previamente cernida, la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, la pizca de sal y una cucharadita de azúcar, mezclamos todo y mientras amasamos le agregamos el agua fría poco a poco, amasamos muy bien hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes, debemos lograr que la masa quede suave así como lo muestra la imagen, luego reservamos nuestra masa para que repose mientras elaboramos la mermelada. 964ecede-95a5-47e6-98ec-6155f43f8840 (1).jpeg

Para elaborar nuestra mermelada comenzamos picando la Piña, retiramos la cascara, le sacamos el tallo que esta dentro, y con un rayo por la parte mas gruesa rallamos nuestra piña, ya cuando este completamente rallada la piña la colamos para quitarle el exceso de liquido, este liquido no se utiliza en esta receta.

La mermelada la hacemos colocando la piña ya lista del proceso anterior en una olla, cocinamos a fuego alto en la cocina y le colocamos el azúcar y la canela. Y cocinamos revolviendo con una cuchara de madera hasta que se despegue esta mezcla de la olla, dejamos que se enfríe la mermelada.

Vamos con nuestra masa: hacemos unas bolitas del tamaño que queramos nuestras tartaletas, con el rodillo aplastamos las bolitas haciendo un circulo de un grosor fino, con una cuchara rellenamos de mermelada cada tartaleta y le damos la forma de triangulo, con un tenedor lo pinchamos para que no se abra nuestra tartaleta

Y la llevamos al horno a 180 grados por 15 minutos, todo depende de tu horno, el mío es rápido, así que deberás inspeccionar las tartaletas a los quince minutos verificando que estén doradas en sus bordes, la sacamos del horno dejamos enfriar y a disfrutar de este dulce especial tradicional, esperando les sea de su agrado esta receta.

Hello dear friends and lovers of sweets, today I want to share with you a simple and very tasty recipe, it is a tartlet filled with a delicious homemade pineapple jam, this recipe can be used for snacking on any occasion and at any time, everyone likes it and its preparation is easy and practical. This recipe consists of three steps, in the first step the dough is made, then for the second step the jam is made, and finally the assembly of the tartlets.

INGREDIENTS

✓Six cups leavened wheat flour. ✓ One teaspoon of white sugar. ✓ One pinch of salt ✓ 200 grams of salted butter. ✓ One cup of ice water. ✓ For the jam: One ripe pineapple, one cup of white sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

PREPARATION

We start with our preparation: First we place in a bowl our wheat flour previously sifted, the butter at room temperature, the pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar, we mix everything and while kneading we add the cold water little by little, we knead very well until all the ingredients are integrated, we must achieve that the dough is smooth as shown in the image, then we reserve our dough to rest while we elaborate the jam.

To make our jam we start by chopping the pineapple, remove the peel, remove the stem that is inside, and with a lightning bolt through the thickest part we grate our pineapple, and when the pineapple is completely grated we strain it to remove excess liquid, this liquid is not used in this recipe.

The jam is made by placing the pineapple already prepared from the previous process in a pot, cook over high heat on the stove and add the sugar and cinnamon. Cook stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes off the pot, let the jam cool.

Let's go with our dough: we make balls of the size we want our tartlets, with the rolling pin we flatten the balls making a circle of a thin thickness, with a spoon we fill each tartlet with jam and give it a triangle shape, with a fork we prick so that our tartlet does not open.

And we take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, it all depends on your oven, mine is fast, so you should inspect the tartlets after fifteen minutes verifying that they are golden brown on the edges, take it out of the oven let it cool and enjoy this special traditional sweet, I hope you like this recipe.
