Mis para bienes a todos en la comunidad @beentrepreneur, hoy quiero sumarme a la iniciativa que nos propuso @damarysvibra ,acerca de la evaluación de nuestro negocio,realmente es una muy buena sugerencia, la cual debemos agradecer.

Evaluar nuestro emprendimiento al final del año es un paso crucial para ofrecernos una visión clara sobre el desempeño del mismo y ayudarnos a planificar el futuro. Esta evaluación no solo nos permite reflexionar sobre lo que se ha logrado, sino que también identifica áreas de mejora, oportunidades de crecimiento y ajustes necesarios en la estrategia.

En primer término debemos evaluar cómo se han comportado los ingresos y gastos, este es un punto muy importante porque nos permite ver la rentabilidad del negocio.

Esta partida requirió de un fuerte análisis y es que las inversiones realizadas no tuvieron la rentabilidad esperada, porque fuimos en varias ocasiones objeto de robo, con valores significativos.

A partir de esto se tomaron medidas en reforzar la seguridad, las que ocasionaron gastos, pero que son necesarios para evitar otras sustracciones.

Se impone realizar una matriz DAFO, pues con ella podemos detectar las fortalezas y debilidades que tenemos, entre las fortalezas se encuentra que nuestro negocio es en un sector superimportante y necesario el Agrícola.

Este sector tiene un mercado seguro, tenemos una amplia plantación de café en la cual nos enfocamos ya logramos importar los equipos para tostar y moler.

Paralelamente, es vital, tener presentes las debilidades, en este sentido teníamos un flanco abierto con la seguridad, lo que permitió la sustracción de productos y equipos en la finca de alto valor.

Lo anterior trajo como resultado que no solo tuvimos que cercar gran parte de las tierras, con otro material que ofreciera mayor seguridad, sino que además hubo que buscar las conexiones para mejorar la iluminación y trazar una política de selección del personal más efectiva, en este último aspecto hay que trabajar mucho aún.

Tenemos con el café una muy buena oportunidad, pues después de mucho batallar se lograron mejores precios y la posibilidad de registrar la marca y vender directo.

No podemos olvidar la inestabilidad económica del país, que se reflejan en políticas que dificultan mucho el trabajo, estar atentos, estudiarlas y adecuar nuestra estrategia es fundamental.

Este año fue muy próspero para el área de las plantaciones medicinales y aromáticas, los contratos con entidades nacionales para el suministro de las mismas fue beneficioso.

También ampliamos nuestra participación en ferias agropecuarias con estos productos, nos percatamos que tenemos precios muy competitivos, que ayudan a la población y nos dan la oportunidad de ganar clientes en este renglón, facilitando así promocionar otros productos.

En este minuto estamos organizando la estrategia para el próximo año, en este sentido les puedo decir que en el café tenemos centradas nuestra mirada, espero que fructifiquen muchos planes:

* Vender en línea en las pasarelas que el país tiene habilitadas. * Tener un local donde además de vender el grano se pueda hacer vender el café elaborado(esto último lleva un proceso por el cual debemos transitar).

En fin, evaluar nuestro emprendimiento al final del año es esencial para su crecimiento y estabilidad.

Esta práctica nos ofrece una comprensión profunda de los objetivos alcanzados y los problemas que se han presentado, ayudarnos a prepararnos para enfrentar el futuro con una estrategia diseñada que nos dé confianza.
