Hola comunidad de hive hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta receta de mi torta favorita, la torta de piña.

Hello hive community today I want to share with you this recipe for my favorite cake, the pineapple cake.

Ingredientes :

250 gr Azúcar
250 gr Mantequilla
250 gr harina de trigo leudante
4 huevos medianos
Rodajas de piña
1/3 azúcar para el caramelo

Ingredientes :    
250 gr Sugar
250 gr butter
250 gr self-rising wheat flour
4 medium eggs
Pineapple slices
1/3 Sugar for the caramel.

Comenzamos mezclando la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que tome un color más claro como se observa en la foto.

We start by mixing the butter with the sugar until it takes a lighter color as seen in the photo.

Continuamos agregando uno por uno los huevos hasta que desaparezcan.

We continue adding the eggs one by one until they disappear.

Luego de tener la mezcla bien integrada, añadiremos el harina de trigo previamente ya tamizada, toda de una vez y lo batimos por aproximadamente 15 segundo, recomiendo no batirla por mucho tiempo porque se puede activar el gluten y nuestra torta quedará con una textura no deseada.

After having the mixture well integrated, we will add the previously sifted wheat flour, all at once and beat it for approximately 15 seconds, I recommend not to beat it for a long time because gluten can be activated and our cake will have an unwanted texture.

Reservaremos mientras realizamos el caramelo.

We will reserve while we make the caramel.

En el molde colocaremos el azúcar a fuego medio,cuando ya esté dorado los esparciremos por el molde con mucho cuidado.

In the mold we will place the sugar over medium heat, when it is already golden we will spread them very carefully around the mold.

Esperamos que repose un poco y colocamos las rodajas de las piñas a el gusto.

We wait for it to rest a bit and place the pineapple slices to taste.

Añadimos la mezcla y se va al horno a 180 grados por 45 minutos, cuando se cumplan los 45 minutos la pinchamos con un cuchillo si este sale limpio ya este lista, si no la dejamos un poco más hasta que salga limpio.

We add the mixture and it goes to the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, when the 45 minutes are fulfilled we prick it with a knife if it comes out clean and it is ready, if not we leave it a little longer until it comes out clean.

La retiramos del horno esperamos 10 minutos para desmoldar y que no se quede pegada, y listo tenemos nuestra rica torta lista, les aseguro que si la realizan van a quedar encantados con el resultado.

We remove it from the oven, we wait 10 minutes to unmold it so that it does not stick, and ready we have our delicious cake ready, I assure you that if you make it you will be delighted with the result.
