She looks at the time, it is 3:30 am. She thinks ‘who is calling me so late at night, repeatedly’. She decides to call back, as she starts dialing the number, it rings again. She answers and says, *’Hello!’*. The first thing that the other person online says, *'WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU FOR 1 WHOLE MONTH.'* As soon as Andrea hears her voice, she feels like someone punched her hard in the stomach. It's **Seiraah**, the girl that she has a crush on for over a year. Andrea fumbles because she didn’t know what to say to her, she says *'I’m not in town, what happened?’* She gets a reply *‘Nothing happened I just wanted to talk to you, I wanted to tell you something’.* Andrea asks her *’Tell me! I wanna know.’* Seiraah says *‘I have been thinking a lot about you lately’* Andrea asks*'What have you been thinking?’* Seiraah keeps quiet and takes a deep breath and replies *’I will meet you once you are back in town and tell you.’* Andrea reply’s back *‘Girl! You will be a death of me’* Seiraah says *‘Fuck You! Andy’* and Andrea reply *‘When?’* and they both laughs. It’s an ongoing joke between them. Every time they talk, Andrea always end up saying something silly and Seiraah always reply’s back with ‘Fuck You’ but this time it was different, Andrea could feel it. Seiraah replies *‘Soon when we meet’*. Andrea is shell-shocked, she couldn’t believe her ears, so she asks her again *‘What did you just say?’* She gets a reply *‘Meet me and we will this time’* Andrea is speechless. It’s always been her deepest darkest desire. Again, Seiraah says *‘What happened? Why are you quiet? Isn’t it what you always wanted? To hook up with me?’* Andrea replies *‘Yes, but I never thought that we will ever end up having sex for real or even talk about it ever.’* Seiraah replies *‘It’s been going on my mind since the last time we spoke, but I was hesitated to tell you. But, keep in mind I don’t want a relationship.’* Andrea replies *‘Even I’m not looking for any relationship, you know where I stand. Yes, if you want to just hook up as a friend with benefit. I’m fine with it too.’* Seiraah says *'Let us not give it a label. We will see where it goes’* They talk for some more time and Andrea promises Seiraah that she will talk to her next day. As soon as Seiraah ends the call. Someone slaps Andrea on her back, she is startled. She turns around and it's her friend **Roxy** who is visiting her for a couple of days. She says, *‘That was a deep conversation, you did realize that we could hear you right?’* Andrea says *‘Its nothing like that. You won’t understand even if I explain.’* Roxy replies back *‘I know what you are doing, I don’t think it’s right. Think about **Alexia.**’* Andrea replies *‘What to think about? You know there is nothing between us anymore from the day she fell in love with someone else’* at this Roxy replies back *‘Think before you do something silly and I don’t want you to regret anything later.’* Andrea was in a relationship with Alexia. They have been together since college. They live together. Andrea still is in love with Alexia, but Alexia has moved on, she is in love with someone else. It was 3 years back. But still, Andrea decided to stay with Alexia, because she was not ready to move on. They had a complicated relationship, not just a relationship status. They both cared for each other deeply and both were not ready to let go. They have been together since they were 18 years old.
