Following is a summary, done to the best of my ability considering I am already malnourished and under great stress. Crimes committed against my life, health and property over the course of 15+ years, counting from year 2010 – most of which are still ongoing – and the cover-ups and censorship taking place, are causing extreme disruption to my life. Their side effect is inability to earn my living for over 1 year already and the financial situation I find myself in right now. Some of those crimes include identity theft / impersonation, slander, defamation and illegal restriction of freedoms. The cover-ups, censorship and disruption of communication and ability to earn a living are just some of the hints that imply state involvement in these crimes – that in addition to how proceedings were quashed in the tenths of criminal notifications I already filed over the years. Following is a list of some of the examples of disruption of communication ( email, phone, etc. ), ability to earn a living and freely associate, as well as censorship, ongoing since at least year 2010: 1. I cannot communicate freely: - email communication - large majority of emails I sent out, including and especially those to potential customers, do not seem to arrive or their replies do not reach me – in 90% of cases I do not even receive a confirmation of receipt - in the rare cases that communication is established, it is suddenly “cut off” - phone communication - large majority of phone calls do not get through - in most cases, when receiving a phone call and calling back, I cannot reach caller anymore - SMS communication - my SMS messages do not seem to arrive or receivers’ replies do not reach me – communication is suddenly “cut off” 2. I cannot use most business/commercial online platforms due to shutting down / blocking / shadow-banning of my accounts: - Accounts on tenths of online platforms are blocked within several minutes of being created, oftentimes within less than 1 minute - e.g. on eBay my accounts were removed or blocked within less than 1 minute of being set up for over 10 years already – this has happened in each and every of the 5-6 attempts to establish an eBay account to be able to sell / buy items - Advertisements of services or products I offer are removed / hidden and in some cases I cannot even post such advertisements - Communication with potential customers suddenly is “cut off” - All kinds of other errors occur which effectively make such platforms unusable 3. Several of my web sites, where I publish evidence from criminal notifications I filed, are being artificially censored. Methods of censorship include artificial redirecting to other web sites and possibly other censorship methods. Artificial redirecting to other web sites is what I am aware of and documented thus far on the following of my web sites where I publish such evidence: - - > It is possible that my company website ( ) is also affected by such or similar censorship methods. These artificial constraints have been disrupting my ability to live since around year 2010, for 15+ years already. That in addition to tenths of other crimes committed on my life, health and property which to this day are causing significant damages. None of these damages were compensated for thus far, due to quashing of proceedings, rewriting documents I prepare, removing evidence, not delivering decisions, etc. I’ve lived off savings for well over a year already since my most recent longer B2B contract. Since I could not replenish savings due to above mentioned, I run out of savings several months ago and started selling my belongings. But money from selling those only covered my food and internet bills. As of date of posting this, October 2^nd 2025, I run out of that money also and I currently do not have money to buy food nor pay my bills, including most recent internet bill. In addition, I have to urgently move out of apartment I rented in March 2025 – I have arrears for 3 months already and cannot live in this apartment anymore. Every day, week by week, month by month, I take next steps to solve this situation. Over the course of these this 1 year since my most recent B2B contract, I sent out hundreds of applications to different software engineering / IT jobs and offers to potential B2B clients ( RFQs ). These tools affect both internet and phone communication, and it certainly does not stop at surveillance – information gathered through surveillance is being utilized covertly, which includes disruption of communication, automated harassment, spreading of state sponsored propaganda, and many more. In case of rogue, corrupt and theocratic states, this is a very dangerous development, as anyone exposing state crimes or targeted by such, can be tagged as enemy and loose ability to take care of their most basic needs, which include earning a living, as well as face harassment, aggression and violence. I would hope that with increased awareness of such tools and technologies already deployed and doing great harm, sufficient checks would be implemented, so that such systematic abuse can be curtailed or completely outlawed, and we can steer away from AI technologies being utilized to run dictatorships / totalitarian regimes.
