Some call it LUCK, others RANDOM. I like to call it UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCE. It is the event that happens to all of us and for which we were not prepared. A sudden illness, a natural catastrophe, an accident. In short, any event that alters the course of our lives. It can influence our plans ... so ... what shall we do? Will we remain calm or lose control?

Algunos lo llaman SUERTE, otros AZAR. Me gusta llamarlo SUCESO IMPREVISTO. Es el evento que nos sucede a todos y para el que no estábamos preparados. Una enfermedad repentina, una catástrofe natural, un accidente. En resumen, cualquier evento que altere el curso de nuestras vidas. Puede influir en nuestros planes ... así que ... ¿qué haremos? ¿Mantendremos la calma o perderemos el control?

I like to compare the UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCE with a storm. There is nothing i can do to stop it. But what I can do is protect myself from it. I must protect myself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. How or what can I do to achieve some protection and strength?

I always ask myself: How does the UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCE. affect me? In which area does it affect me the most? In the physical? In the mental? In the emotional? or in the spiritual? What is the worst that can happen? What resources do I have to face it? Depending on my response I will take action to try to improve the worst that can happen.

Siempre me pregunto: ¿cómo me afecta el SUCESO IMPREVISTO? ¿En qué área me afecta más? ¿En lo físico? ¿En lo mental? ¿En lo emocional? o ¿en lo espiritual? ¿Qué es lo peor que puede pasar? ¿Qué recursos tengo para enfrentarlo? Dependiendo de mi respuesta, tomaré medidas para tratar de mejorar lo peor que pueda suceder.
