** ### ***Greetings !*** --- Hola amigos y amigas de de la comunidad de hive otra vez por aquí yo nuevamente, esta vez un dia de entrenamiento casual cómo otro cualquiera, con el respectivo calentamiento que hago, ese dia no hice rutina cómo tal sino cosas tipo aguantar el front, muscle up, hand stand y así, ya está por terminar el año y wow saqué el geinger como me lo había prometido. >Hello friends of the hive community, I'm here again, this time a casual training day like any other, with the respective warm up I do, that day I did not do routine as such but things like front hold, muscle up, hand stand and so on, it's about to end the year and wow I got the geinger as I had promised myself.

--- https://images.hive.blog/DQmXWRgoZrHK1fkp6RrUfdp7dJ26QegS1PVDtJWZZNsJTo2/image.pnghttps://images.hive.blog/DQmTMhux5WvuS7DTQ9XvqVaAqt1KXBFV5Ce9YDZ1krUxCNi/L%C3%8DNEA%20HIVES.png --- Este año tuve mis altas y bajas y hubo un momento que me iba a retirar de la calistenia pero gracias a mis alumnos, amigos y mi pareja me motivaron a no hacerlo, me acomplejo mucho por lo de la fascitis plantar, me estanqué en hacer un simple 360 ya que estaba era pendiente del dolor de los pies y no me dejaba enfocarme bien, descansaba y simplemente daba clases a mis alumnos y luego tomaba meditaciones y me ayudaba y luego ese estanque se fué y volví a tomar confianza en mi mismo nuevamente, mis próximas metas serán, fortalecer mi front lever, back lever, pino a una mano, dominar mejor el geinger, y pues tengo pensado en hacer el camino a la straddle planche, y por ultimo es ir a una competencia y vivir esa experiencia de competir y ver a gente de todos los niveles.
