## Les voy a hablar de algunos de los beneficios de conectar con el mar que realmente los he puesto en práctica y me ha ayudado mucho tanto así que he mejorado significativamente, tengo otro semblante diría mi madre jajaja. Pero bueno les comento: * Reducir el estrés tiene un poder calmante tanto el agua como la arena y la rica briosa que podemos contemplar y da un efecto de bienestar emocional. Si hablamos de ciencia se ha demostrado que estar cerca del agua tiene un efecto calmante sobre la mente y el cuerpo. La vista y el sonido de las olas pueden provocar una disminución en los niveles de cortisol, la hormona del estrés, lo que resulta en una sensación de paz y tranquilidad.
