Me desperté por las voces de todos en la cocina, me prepare para salir de la habitación, di los buenos días en un ambiente en el que me sentí como si estuviera en mi hogar, sentí la calidez de las personas maravillosas que allí estaban y nos sentamos a nuestra meditación de la mañana, la verdad es que empezar los días tomándose un tiempo para conectar con todo, aunque no siempre lo hago, me parece fundamental, después de esto el día sucede diferente.

I woke up to the voices of everyone in the kitchen, I got prepare to leave the room, I gave good morning to everyone in an environment in which I felt as if I was at home, I felt the warmth of the wonderful people who were there and we sat down to our morning meditation, the truth is when I start the days taking time to connect with everything, although I don't always do it, it seems fundamental to me, after this the day happens differently.

Desayunamos y empezamos a empacar todo para ir al internado (el lugar donde se lleva a cabo el retiro) nos tomó un par de horas prepararnos y preparar los carros para tener todo a la mano, me despedí de esta linda casita y sentí un poco de nostalgia porque sinceramente quería quedarme semanas ahí.

We had breakfast and began to pack everything to go to the boarding school (the place where the retreat takes place) it took us a couple of hours to get ready and prepare the cars to have everything on hand, I said goodbye to this cute little house and I felt a bit of nostalgia because I sincerely wanted to stay there for weeks.

Como les comenté estaba enferma antes del viaje y este día empezó a subir la intensidad de la tos que tenía y ya era tarde para buscar medicinas o alguna cosa así que recibí con mucho amor un propóleo y una miel que me regalo el sr Nelson para ayudarme a aliviar la tos, pasamos el día acomodando todo para recibir a los 50 estudiantes que estaríamos allí, comedores, habitaciones, baños, jardines todo el día en cuestiones de logística y al caer la noche ya estábamos bastante cansados, pero los nervios de saber que mañana sería el día de iniciar esta nueva experiencia no nos dejaba dormir ¡jaja! Cenamos, y conocimos a más personas que venían de diferentes puntos del país, conversamos algunas horas y en cierto momento ya el cuerpo quería dormir.

As I mentioned to you, I was ill before the trip and this day the intensity of the cough I had began to increase and it was too late to look for medicine or something so I received with a lot of love a propolis and a honey that Mr. Nelson gave me to help me alleviate the cough, we spent the day arranging everything to receive the 50 students who would be there, dining rooms, rooms, bathrooms, gardens. All day in logistics and by nightfall we were already quite tired, but the nerves of knowing that Tomorrow would be the day to start this new experience, it wouldn't let us sleep haha! We take dinner and met more people who came from different parts of the country, we talked for a few hours and at a certain point the body wanted to sleep.

Llego el día y desde temprano estuvieron llegando las personas a inscribirse, teníamos hasta la media tarde para seguir hablando y para tener nuestros últimos contactos con el mundo exterior y la tecnología, así que hicimos lo que mejor se nos ocurrió, irnos a caminar a la montaña, subimos toda la montaña, conversando, riéndonos, jugando, me sentí libre y pude ser yo misma tan intensamente que me conmoví al pensar que tanto me permito ser yo misma en la vida cotidiana, disfrute cada paso de esa caminata, incluyendo el sol (con el que por cierto tengo algunos problemas), nos perdimos por un rato pro rápidamente retomamos el sendero, llegamos de nuevo a las instalaciones, fui a bañarme, a prepararme para el inicio del curso, llamé a mi pareja quien estaba en casa y por un momento solo quise regresar a estar entre sus brazos, me sentí nostálgica por nosotros y me costó varios minutos parar de llorar.

The day came and people came to sign up early, we had until mid-afternoon to continue talking and for our last contacts with the outside world and technology, so we did what we came up with best, go for a walk in the mountains, we climbed the whole mountain, talking, laughing and playing, I felt free and I was able to be myself so intensely that I was moved to think how much I allow myself to be myself in everyday life, I enjoyed every step of that walk, including the sun (with which by the way I have some problems), we got lost for a while but we quickly resumed the way, got back to the facilities. I went to bathe to get ready the start of the course, I called my boyfriend who was at home and for a moment I just wanted to return to being in his arms, I felt nostalgic for us and it took me several minutes to stop crying.

Me perdí el almuerzo por hablar por teléfono y solo comí un pedazo de fruta jaja que buen comienzo, entregué mi teléfono y mis artículos personales y ahora empezaba esta gran experiencia de desapego y autoconocimiento, aún podíamos hablar entre los que estábamos allí y la verdad es que hablamos como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida, jaja se sentían los nervios en crecimiento y todos decíamos cada cosa loca, pusieron cuerdas en los espacios que antes eran abiertos y nos delimitaron los caminos en los que al parecer podríamos caminar durante esos días, en todo esto pude conocer la sensibilidad de Yoko, una persona excepcional, con la mente totalmente abierta y llena de un trabajo personal que se siente en sus acciones y palabras.

I missed lunch for been talking on the phone and I only ate a piece of fruit haha what a good start, I handed over my phone and my personal items and now this great experience of detachment and self-knowledge began, we could still talk among those of us who were there and the truth is we talked as if we had known each other our whole lives, haha we felt the growing nerves and said every crazy thing, they put ropes in the spaces that it was open before and they delimited the paths in which apparently we could walk during those days, In all this I was able to know the sensitivity of Yoko, an exceptional person, with a totally open mind and full of personal work that is felt in her actions and words.

Sonia nos cantó un par de canciones llenas de alma y mucho sentimiento, nos abrazamos, tuve una buena conversación con Yoel, nos dimos nuestros mejores deseos y nos despedimos por el momento, me tomé unos minutos para caminar por última vez por todo el espacio, agradecí con cada fibra de mi ser lo que estaba viviendo y con mucha calma y paz dentro de mi fui a la reunión donde nos explicarían todas las reglas a seguir en los próximos días.

Sonia sang us a couple of songs full of soul and a lot of feeling, we hugged each other, I had a good conversation with Yoel, we gave each other our best wishes and said goodbye for the moment, I took a few minutes to walk for the last time throughout the space, I thanked with every fiber of my being what I was experiencing and with great calm and peace within me I went to the meeting where they would explain to us all the rules to follow in the next few days.
