Hola amigos de la comunidad de street workout hoy les traigo 4 ejercicios para principiantes con cierta base en front lever que les ayudara para el fortalecimiento de las dorsales, con el fin de aumentar la resistencia del front, es decir, tener mas segundos y fuerza en este estatico.

Para comenzar el primer ejercicio de esta rutina son las dominadas en tuck de front lever, realizaremos 4 series de 10 dominadas, siempre cuidando el rango de movimiento en este caso seria pegar la pelvis a la barra y tener los brazos extendidos.
