Hace 2 semana estaba sentado en el stand de **hive** en la biblioteca del Zulia en Maracaibo, se había preparado un evento donde varias organizaciones se haría presente para divulgar y promover los objetivos de sus proyectos y entre estos estaría nuestra querida blockchain, por supuesto quise participar. Estar ahí acompañando a @arlettemsalase y explicando a los interesados sobre hive, me condujo a una pequeña introspección.

Two weeks ago I was sitting at the **hive** booth at the library of Zulia in Maracaibo, an event had been prepared where several organizations would be present to disseminate and promote the objectives of their projects and among these would be our beloved blockchain, of course I wanted to participate. Being there accompanying @arlettemsalase and explaining to those interested about hive, led me to a small introspection.

Hablar de #hive involucra muchas cosas nuevas, y no solo desde el punto de vista intelectual donde quizás no hay dificultad por lo accesible que es la información hoy en día, sino más bien por el cambio de la percepción de lo que es o significa **valor**, desde muchas perspectiva denotar algo que posee valor cambia a medida que vamos aprendiendo y eso es justo lo que **hive** ha marcado en mí.

Talking about #hive involves many new things, and not only from an intellectual point of view where perhaps there is no difficulty because of how accessible information is nowadays, but rather because of the change in the perception of what **value** is or means, from many perspectives denoting something that has value changes as we learn and that is just what **hive** has marked in me.

Aunque llevo días perdido de esta ventana digital, eso no coincide con mi **hiveentusiasmo**, es algo un poco ambiguo que debo llevar a la coherencia, pero mientras, puedo relajarme y compartir algo que eleva mi endorfinas, serotonina y un poco la oxitocina, es decir, el placer de ser parte y de alguna u otra formar manifestar mi apoyo a hive. @arlettemsalase en los últimos meses ha estado haciendo un trabajo estupendo como **Community Leader de hive** en maracaibo con una serie de encuentros que no lo solo busca incentivar a nuestra comunidad, sino también crear relaciones con otros protocolos y comunidades afines o no al sector cripto, la idea es fomentar el emprendimiento. De esta manera los espacios de encuentro nos impulsan a la formación como miembros de una comunidad web3, para cualquiera que empieza o lleva tiempo en la red pienso que este contacto es enriquecedor ya que además de compartir con aquellos que congeniamos podemos aprender directamente e incluso inspirarnos con terceros, esto indica lo importante que es conocernos más allá de una pantalla.

Although I have been missing from this digital window for days, that does not coincide with my **hiveenthusiasm**, it is something a little ambiguous that I must bring to coherence, but meanwhile, I can relax and share something that raises my endorphins, serotonin and a little oxytocin, that is, the pleasure of being part and in some way or another manifest my support to hive. @arlettemsalase in recent months has been doing a great job as **Community Leader of hive** in maracaibo with a series of meetings that not only seeks to encourage our community, but also to create relationships with other protocols and communities related or not to the crypto sector, the idea is to encourage entrepreneurship. In this way the meeting spaces encourage us to the formation as members of a web3 community, for anyone who starts or has been on the network for some time I think this contact is enriching because in addition to sharing with those who congenial we can learn directly and even inspire us with third parties, this indicates how important it is to know each other beyond a screen.

Hablando por mí, el fruto de estos encuentros me sitúa en áreas que ni imaginaba que podría ser de mayor interés, como por ejemplo investigar que es la **blockchain, la criptografía, la transferencia P2P y los protocolos de consenso** desde un enfoque más profundo, histórico, y hasta técnico, palpar eso sobre lo que está construido **hive** me ha resultado revelador, aún sin saber a dónde me lleva, puedo percibir que me da cierta libertad y satisfacción el aprender, por eso lo siguiente

La **constante formación** es vital para emprender en este mundo virtual, por muy trillado que suene en esta era que empieza llena de matices virtuales **estudiar** es sumamente importante, por lo que ese consejo de nuestros ancianos _"estudie mijo, por el bienestar de su futuro"_ está más vigente que nunca. Desde esta percepción volteo hacia a **hive** y veo el valor que yace en este nicho, como un centro de información que contiene en sí mismo las herramientas para introducirnos a la descentralización.

La manera de como empezar y mantenerse en una dinámica social innovadora web3 como hive, es fácil, y las puedo resumir en hacer 2 cosas; la primera aprender de los expertos,leer, escuchar y observar aquellos más experimentados cuyo legado está aquí en hive. Los que lo han hecho bien no se guardan nada para este medio y por lo tanto es sumamente sencillo identificar esos trabajó, además como sabemos esta a disposición de todos y es totalmente gratuito. La otra acción por tomar es simplemente hacer caso, aplicar lo aprendido y ser fiel a ello, y la verdad no es fácil, porque como todo comienzo construir las bases cuestan,sin embargo y por experiencia propia y ajena, construir estas bases con constancia y personalidad trae sus frutos a mediano y largo plazo. El combustible para mantenernos es aprender cada dia sobre este universo, es tan basto que la variedad no da para aburrirse, también lo digo por experiencia.

The way to start and stay in an innovative social dynamic web3 like hive, is easy, and I can summarize it by doing 2 things; the first is to learn from the experts, read, listen and observe those more experienced ones whose legacy is here in hive. Un ejemplo de aprender y perseverar lo veo en hivers que he podido acompañar y al mismo tiempo agradezco estar en su camino @noelyss, @dojeda y @noalys con quienes he compartido durante estos 2 últimos años, con daniela mucho tiempo más, pero no importa lo cierto es que me siento orgulloso de ellas, por su trabajo y la dedicación que le han puesto a su blog, se que hacen lo que les apasiona y por eso mismo tratan de compartirlo de la mejor manera, por eso quizás también han encontrado algo valeroso que puede trascender a las recompensas y al tiempo, y eso es el crecer aunque no lo vean. Con los encuentro conoci a @mildred271, una hiver con la que he podido compartir un poco y ver que es una persona muy amable, franca y directa a la hora de emitir una opinión, por supuesto una cripto entusiasta, que se divierte haciendo sus videos(creo) donde trata dar una información de utilidad o de interés para la comunidad. @arlettemsalase la conocí como la organizadora del primer encuentro de hivers aqui en maracaibo, es muy cortez y social, posee una capacidad para sentirte a gusto y relajado a la hora de interactuar, muy servicial, puntual y por supuesto emprendedora, además de la obvia preparación creo que como líder de los hiver en el Zulia estamos muy bien representados mis felicitaciones para ella. Un aspecto muy positivo es que la expansión en hive a nivel de usuario se está dando con mayor organización, esto desde el punto de vista de la formación y educación permite que las personas puedan planificar y construir una imagen clara y enfocada para la web3, es el caso de @romifuenm, un hiver que lleva escasos 2 meses, pero está claro que va hacer con su blog, así como el entusiasmo de incentivar a otros a unirse a hive a través de la educación.

I see an example of learning and perseverance in hivers that I have been able to accompany and at the same time I am grateful to be in their way @noelyss, @dojeda and @noalys with whom I have shared during these last 2 years, with daniela much longer, but no matter what is certain is that I am proud of them, for their work and the dedication they have put into their blog, I know they do what they are passionate about and that's why they try to share it in the best way, so maybe they have also found something courageous that can transcend the rewards and time, and that is to grow even if they don't see it. With the encounter I met @mildred271, a hiver with whom I have been able to share a little and see that she is a very kind, frank and direct person when issuing an opinion, of course a crypto enthusiast, who has fun making her videos(I think) where she tries to give a useful information or of interest to the community. @arlettemsalase I met her as the organizer of the first meeting of hivers here in maracaibo, she is very courteous and social, has an ability to feel at ease and relaxed when interacting, very helpful, punctual and of course enterprising, in addition to the obvious preparation I think as a leader of the hiver in Zulia we are very well represented my congratulations to her. A very positive aspect is that the expansion in hive at user level is occurring with greater organization, this from the point of view of training and education allows people to plan and build a clear and focused image for the web3, is the case of @romifuenm, a hiver that takes just 2 months, but it is clear that he will do with his blog, as well as the enthusiasm to encourage others to join hive through education.

Para culminar pienso que estoy en un camino marcado por el aprendizaje que brinda oportunidades para emprender en áreas que nos puede renovar y llevar a sitios fructíferos. Por otro lado y gracias a que he querido aprender siempre he compartido a hive como un **lugar que nos reta**, no trato de dar una ilusión desde una percepción impulsiva e incluso ignorante, no me gusta hablar de algo que no se o dominó, por lo tanto procuro estar al tanto de hive e invitar a las personas a formarse primero antes de entrar, sobretodo porque este mundo es nuevo y hay que tomarlo con seriedad, no hay otro camino hacia el éxito si no es con trabajo duro, en hive está muy claro eso. Puedo resumir que hive es un **lugar para inspirarse**, porque existen los incentivos y porque la mayoría está luchando porque la calidad prevalezca, por impartir una cultura para crecer, cambiar, incluso sin darnos cuenta pero a la final si hacemos caso el trabajo y el esfuerzo valdrá la pena. Así que hive **nos invita a soñar** pero con los pies en la tierra, creando, creciendo y amando.

To culminate I think I am on a path marked by learning that provides opportunities to undertake in areas that can renew and lead us to fruitful places. On the other hand and thanks to the fact that I have always wanted to learn I have always shared hive as a **place that challenges us**, I do not try to give an illusion from an impulsive and even ignorant perception, I do not like to talk about something I do not know or mastered, therefore I try to be aware of hive and invite people to be trained first before entering, especially because this world is new and must be taken seriously, there is no other way to success if not with hard work, in hive is very clear that. I can summarize that hive is a **place to be inspired**, because there are incentives and because the majority is fighting for quality to prevail, to impart a culture to grow, to change, even without realizing it, but in the end if we pay attention the work and effort will be worth it. So hive **invites us to dream** but with our feet on the ground, creating, growing and loving.
