Sin embargo, a veces pensamos que los platillos, por ser sencillos de preparar y porque están listos bastante rápido, no son igual de deliciosos que aquellos que toman más tiempo y requieren de más pasos. Pero seguramente todos están de acuerdo conmigo cuando digo que, aunque el espagueti con carne molida es un plato sencillo y rápido de preparar, es uno de los platos favoritos de muchísimas personas. Con los ingredientes correctos, este termina siendo un platillo especial en un día común y corriente. Ingredientes: - Carne molida - Cebolla - Ajíes - Pimentón - Cilantro - Cebollín - Orégano (para el toque final) - Pasta (o la espagueti de tu preferencia) - Sal - Queso Para preparar la carne utilicé los mismos tipos de aliños. Me encanta el sabor que le da el ají y el pimentón a las comidas, y por supuesto que en esta oportunidad también los utilicé. También utilicé cebolla, cilantro y cebollín. Por lo general utilizo también ajo, pero en esta oportunidad no tenía, así que solo utilicé los antes mencionados. Para agilizar todo el proceso, suelo poner en el picatodo los aliños más grandes y que se pican con mayor facilidad, como la cebolla, los ajíes y el pimentón. Pero tanto el cilantro como el cebollín prefiero picarlos yo misma, porque estos suelen oxidarse más rápido y, en el caso del cebollín, tiene dentro esa textura que no permite que se pique bien. En el caldero donde voy a preparar la carne pongo a sofreír los aliños que piqué en mi picatodo. Luego de que se han sofreído un poco, agrego la carne sin agregarle nada más, para que esta también se sofría un poco. >!
