Si, para dejar de comer o vomitar todo lo que llegases a probar, y si… lo hice **y no me siento orgullosa de eso**, estuve alrededor de 1 mes vomitando lo que comía, o había días que simplemente no comía. La manera mas fàcil siempre es la peor... The first thing I did was to decide to improve my "appearance", I started to read on the internet you know.... How to lose weight fast, the famous pineapple diet, the sleep diet, the fasting diet, between anorexic and bulimic platforms, were like a motivational club, for what? The easiest way is always the worst.... ### Pero qué pasa cuando descompensas tu cuerpo de esa manera: 1. Al vomitar desgastas el esmalte de tus dientes, se manchan y se vuelven sensibles por los ácidos del cuerpo y provocas disgeusia que es la pérdida del sentido del gusto. 2. Te pones de mal humor (Aunque no les voy a negar que me enojo muy seguido, imagínenselo al doble o triple) 3. Te sientes débil, tu cuerpo no te responde bien 4. Te da mucho sueño 5. Los famosos atracones son muy ciertos, en una de esas etapas llegue al rebote 6. Tienes malestar general 7. Yo, me provoque una gastritis ya que mi estómago solo tenía jugos gástricos **Spoiler:** Ninguna de esas dietas me funciono, nada de lo que encontré me funciono a mí. ### But what happens when you decompose your body like that: 1. Comencé a comer de nuevo, subí de peso y mucho más, llegue a pesar 67 kilos, cabe decir que mido 1.58 cm, lo que quiere decir que, si estaba pasada de peso, así pasaron 2 meses, hasta que de nuevo, volví a buscar más cosas naturales y ‘’remedios’’ para bajar de peso muy rápido, entonces, me encontré en Facebook una cuenta de una chica que vendía unas pastillas ‘’milagrosas’’ para bajar de peso rápido, y pensé… Que fácil, me las tomo y listo, si, sí funcionaron, me quitaron el hambre, me daba mucha sed, pero como todo también sus contras, me dolía el cuerpo, me sentía mal, llegue a vomitar, me provocaron nauseas, me daban sueño, no se puede tener todo en la vida, pero andaba motivada, hacia ejercicio, pero…. no comía bien, las pastillas me quitaron tanto el hambre que no soportaba nada con grasa, pan, cosas dulces, lo único que toleraba era comer sincronizadas, para los que no sepan que es, es literal una tortilla de harina con jamón y queso, y eso comía en TODO el día. I started eating again, I gained weight and much more, I weighed 67 kilos, I'm 1.58 cm, which means that, if I was overweight, so it was 2 months, until again, I came back for more natural things and''remedies'' to lose weight very quickly, then I found on Facebook an account of a girl who sold some''miracle'' pills to lose weight fast, and I thought.... How easy, I take them and ready, yes, they did work, they took away my hunger, I was very thirsty, but like everything else their cons, my body hurt, I felt bad, I vomited, they made me nauseous, they made me sleepy, you can't have everything in life, but I was motivated, I exercised, but.....
