Hola amigos de #hive, espero se encuentren bien, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi merienda del día, realice mis primeros tequeños de queso muy fáciles y ricos de hacer, aquí les dejo mi versión de como los prepare, espero los disfruten.

1 PASO: Coloco en un bol las 3 tazas de harina de trigo y le agrego la sal, la levadura y el aceite.

2 PASO: Mezclo y voy agregando la taza de agua poco a poco y voy amasando por 10 minutos aproximadamente, hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea.

3 PASO: Y así esta lista mi masa para tequeños la dejo en reposo por 30 minutos, y agrego harina al mesón donde estirare la masa y comienzo a estirarla con ayuda de un rodillo.

4 PASO: Luego de estirar bien mi masa, la pico en tiras con ayuda de un cuchillo, y comienzo a armar mis tequeños.

Voy envolviendo los trozos de queso con la masa, humedezco un poco la masa para que al momento de freír no se abran.

5 PASO: Una vez armados todos mis tequeños, enciendo la cocina y pongo a calentar mi caldero con suficiente aceite para freírlos.
