Hola a todos, ni nombre es Hanna… es curioso el tema de los nombres, actualmente terminé de leer el cuarto libro de la saga de El legado de Christopher Paolini (la historia de Eragon) y trata un tema muy interesante con los nombres, pues a pesar de que cada quien tiene uno que fue dado por sus padres, realmente tenemos otro nombre dado por nuestra esencia, por nuestra existencia y para conocerlo hay que responder la pregunta más autocrítica del mundo: ¿quién soy? Así, cuando te concilias con tu pasado y presente, puedes entender y lograr descifrar tu verdadero ser y de esa forma descubrir tu verdadero nombre… Todo esto para decirles que me llamo Hanna, elegí mi nombre. Verán, después de llegar a México, conocí un sistema de ejercicio llamado Jazzercise y ahí mi vida cambió, bueno, no tan existencialista, pero sí tuve un cambio total de vida. De pasar a no hacer literalmente nada por mi salud, comencé a tomar clases y un par de meses después, pasé de ser alumna a ser la instructora que daba la clase. Luego, seguí instruyéndome con talleres y otras certificaciones, hasta que se cruzó por mi camino Crossfit, ahí tuve otro “despertar”. Ya era una persona constante con el ejercicio, pero Crossfit me ayudó a descubrir un potencial que no sabía que tenía. Logré muchas cosas que no sabía que podía hacer desde una push-up profunda con piernas estiradas hasta una pull-up estricta, no daba crédito de esos avances y cuando logré hacer unos saltos dobles… bueno, me sentí súper realizada, nunca imaginé que realmente mi cuerpo tuviera tanta capacidad física y que pudiera ser tan hábil. >I currently work in the world of fitness, I am a personal trainer, but my time at university gave me an Advertising degree. I was already a consistent exerciser, but Crossfit helped me unlock potential I didn't know I had. I achieved many things that I did not know I could do from a deep push-up with straight legs to a strict pull-up, I could not believe those advances and when I managed to do some double unders… well, I felt super accomplished, I never imagined that I really my body had so much physical capacity and could be so skillful. Al tiempo, comencé a estudiar más sobre nutrición, pues la verdad me había enfocado sobre todo en el tema de entrenamiento y no tanto en la alimentación. A decir verdad, en muchas certificaciones, sólo se hablaba del entrenamiento y el cuerpo en general cuando se adapta al ejercicio, pero no se tocaba el tema de los alimentos, afortunadamente, eso está cambiando, pues todo funciona en conjunto, no se puede separar el tema de la nutrición cuando se esta hablando de desarrollar un programa de ejercicios, van de la mano, al igual que el descanso. Entonces, en eso trabajo. Ya veo ciertas cosas de forma diferente. Así como la carrera de publicidad amplió mi percepción en lo referente a construcción de mensajes y desarrollo de imágenes, el mundo del fitness cambió la relación que tenía con mi cuerpo, ayudándome a aceptar mis limitaciones y a potenciar mis habilidades. >At the time, I began to study more about nutrition, because the truth was that I had focused mainly on the subject of training and not so much on food. Me emociona y a la vez me da mucho miedo, creo que por eso es que llevo como unos 4 años “trabajando” en él. Pero decidí que este 2022 será el año en el que por fin Vi Naturalis (nombre del proyecto) verá la luz del día, así que acá estoy, en dos proyectos, mi podcast y otro… HIVE. No conocía esta red social hasta que @robsasuke comentó sobre ella en su podcast Te invito un café. Me animé a participar pues me llama la atención el hecho de poder ser parte de una comunidad que está ahí para que todos crezcan, sin críticas ni odios.. ya saben cómo son las otras redes sociales. >I am currently developing a project, it is a podcast where I want to talk about everything I have learned in these 12 years that I have dedicated to fitness. En mis tiempos libres… bueno, no muchos, luego de ser mamá, el manejo del tiempo cambia totalmente; me gusta leer un poco, bueno, mucho. Hice una pausa de mis lecturas sobre maternidad, crianza, fitness y nutrición y retomé la fantasía heroica, género que la verdad me encanta. Estaba buscando una nueva saga para leer y encontré es una llamada “La Espada de la Verdad” de Terry Goodkind, ya les contaré qué tal está. >In my free time... well, not many, after being a mother, time management changes completely; I like to read a little, well, a lot. I took a break from my reading about motherhood, parenting, fitness and nutrition and went back to the fantasy, a genre that I really love. Aparte de la lectura, me gusta el crochet, no he podido hacer gran cosa después del parto, sólo una canasta para las cosas de la bebé. Tejer me relaja mucho, siento que es mi forma de meditación. Y claro, otra cosa a la que le dedicaba mucho tiempo era a ver series y películas, de hecho, por ese hobbie también estuve planeando un podcast, pero quiero hacerlo en compañía porque hablar de tv es mucho más ameno cuando se comparten diferentes opiniones. Y por último, desde hace unos años desarrollé el hábito de escuchar podcasts, he encontrado muy buenos programas y estos me acompañan diariamente, me han ayudado en diferentes planos de mi vida, creo que por esa razón me motiva la idea de crear uno, quizá, el conocimiento que tengo, sea de gran ayuda para otra persona. >Apart from reading, I like to crochet, I haven't been able to do much after giving birth, just a basket for the baby's things.
