Today we have a rundown of the projects that can be worked on with Boinc and their eligibility to receive rewards through the Gridcoin whitelist. The complete list of whitelisted projects can be found here: Unfortunately there is not a written codified list of requirements that a project should meet to become whitelisted however consensus seems to suggest that projects should meet the following (in my opinion): Must Meet - Has a steady flow of available work - Does not have significant periods without any work - Low application error rates - Allows new sign-ups - Fairly distributes work to all users - Has passed a vote to whitelist in the Gridcoin wallet Should be considered (although not a blocker) - Connections are encrypted, SSL/TLS - Project admins are actively communicating - Has communication in English So onto the projects: # At Risk First we start with the projects that are currently whitelisted but are falling below the required standards. Unless things improve then these projects risk being voted for removal from the whitelist. --------
