Pelamos nuestra zanahoria y procedemos a rallarla. We peel our carrot and proceed to grate it.

Luego picamos la cebolla, tomate, celery y cilantro. Then we chop the onion, tomato, celery and coriander.

Juntamos en un bol todos los ingredientes y procedemos a colocarle limon al gusto, sal y oregano, a mi en lo personas me gusta mucho con mayonesa integra los sabores.
