Feliz noche amigos que hacen vida en esta comunidad #plantpower vegano. En estos días estaba sin ánimo, me sentía decaído,entonces recordé los tiempos de niños que cuando me sentía de esa manera ,mi madre nos daba a tomar un batido milagroso con: cambur, chocolate casero, leche de coco, avena y un poquito de azúcar para recobrar energía y así pasar tu dia despierto, es recomendable tomarlo en el desayuno.

**Ingredientes:** - 1 cambur. - 1 taza de avena. - 1 pedazo de coco. - 80 gramos de chocolate casero en bolitas. - 2 cucharadita de azúcar, opcional ya que el cambur es dulce.

Preparación: - Picar el coco en trozos pequeños para meterlo a licuar, luego a colar como la receta es 100% vegana , esa será la leche a utilizar.

- Después de colar la leche del coco, picar en trozos pequeños el cambur y licuarlo con la leche de coco.

- Agrega dentro de la licuadora la avena, el chocolate previamente colocado en una olla en la candela con un poco de agua para derretirlo y volverlo líquido.

- Add into the blender the oatmeal, the chocolate previously placed in a pot on the stove with a little water to melt it and make it liquid.

- Agregar tambien el poquito de azúcar , aunque es opcional ya que el cambur tiene dulce.Licuar hasta que el batido quede totalmente líquido sin grumos. Ahora a deleitarse con este delicioso batido.
