Hello Hive community, after a few days of vacation (Hive vacation because I've worked like a donkey) I'm back here to give you an update on my progress in Hiveland. In order to improve my conditions in this world I set myself several goals, to have both experience and gunpowder farms and to fully equip myself with netherite.

Hola comunidad Hive, después de unos días de vacaciones (vacaciones de Hive porque he trabajado como asno) vuelvo a escribir por acá para darles una actualización de mis progresos en Hiveland. The first point to deal with was the experience to be able to enchant equipment, tools and books at my whim, there are already one or two in the town but I wanted a more efficient one so with some hoppers, chests, trapdoors, buckets of water and many blocks of stone (in a previous post I showed a stone generator that I fell in love with) I got down to work. I started with some chests, some hoppers and some tiles to collect what the mobs will leave when they die, then I built the duct where the mobs will fall from 21 blocks high, which does not kill them but gives them a good hit, this is done so that by giving them a simple tap they all die and you collect the much-desired experience. At the top you build a 17x17 platform, place 4 water streams that funnel the mobs into the kill chute (I like to call it that), put some trapdoors on the edges so they drop into the water and leave everything covered and dark to that mobs appear both during the day and at night.

El primer punto a tratar era la experiencia para poder encantar equipo, herramientas y libros a mi antojo, ya existen una o dos en el pueblo pero quería una más eficiente así que con unas tolvas, cofres, trampillas, baldes de agua y muchos bloques de piedra (en un post anterior mostré un generador de piedra que me cayó de maravillas) me puse manos a la obra. Empece con unos cofres, unas tolvas y algunas baldosas para recoger lo que dejaran los mobs al morir, luego construi el ducto por donde caeran los mobs desde 21 bloques de altura, lo cual no los mata pero les da un buen golpe, esto se hace así para que al darles un simple golpecito se mueran todos y recolectes la tan deseada experiencia. En la parte superior construyes una plataforma de 17x17, ubicas 4 flujos de agua que canalicen los mobs hacia el ducto de matanza (me gusta llamarlo así), pones unas trampillas en los bordes para que caigan en el agua y dejas todo tapado y oscuro para que aparezcan mobs tanto de día como de noche. _____

With the farm ready, I tried it staying at an AFK point 120 blocks high for about 30 minutes and it worked but not as I expected, not many mobs appeared and this is because there were many places around like caverns that lower the efficiency of the farm. farm, try to fix this by mining everything below and around to not leave another place where they could appear, but to be honest it's a herculean task and I gave up 4 hours after starting, so leave it like that and take this calculation error into account for my next project. On the way back to my house I found @carlagonz snooping through my things which is not unusual, after exchanging some items we decided to travel to the nether to explore, trade pigglins and find new materials, we spent about 2 hours wandering, exploring fortresses and discovering biomes, I like to go out and explore with her in the game because it's an extension of life as a couple in the real world, we see a strange colored wood and we think that color would look nice on the wall or the rock would look good on the floor of that room... It's like visiting ikea but in the game.

Ya con la granja lista, la probé quedándome en un punto AFK a 120 bloques de altura por unos 30 minutos y funciono pero no como yo esperaba, no aparecían muchos mobs y esto es porque habían muchos sitios alrededor como cavernas que bajan la eficiencia de la granja, intente solucionar esto minando todo por debajo y los alrededores para no dejar otro lugar donde pudieran aparecer, pero siendo honesto es una tarea titánica y renuncie a las 4 horas de empezar, así que la deje así y tomaría en cuenta este error de cálculo para mi próximo proyecto. De regreso a mi casa me encontré a @carlagonz husmeando en mis cosas lo cual no es poco habitual, luego de intercambiar algunos ítems decidimos viajar al nether para explorar, comerciar con pigglins y encontrar nuevos materiales, pasamos unas 2 horas vagando, explorando fortalezas y descubriendo biomas, me gusta salir a explorar con ella en el juego porque es una extensión de la vida en pareja del mundo real, vemos una madera de color extraño y pensamos que ese color quedaría lindo en la pared o la roca tal quedaría bien en el piso del cuarto aquel... Es como visitar ikea pero en el juego. ____

One of the most outstanding things was an event organized by the creators of the server @ikasumanera and @perceval (if there was someone else involved, sorry for not naming him) that consisted of going to the end to kill the dragon, they gave us some Elytras and a few fires artificial to be able to fly which is great. I had never flown in the game, it's wonderful, everything is faster and easier from breaking the glass, not dying if you fall, escaping from the Endermans, everything is more pro with some Elytras. After killing the dragon I don't know exactly who summoned about 4 Withers that are significantly more difficult to beat, this was also new for me since I had only seen them in some YouTube video, when I finished I went around a few times looking for a city of the end to kill some shulkers that are necessary to make some wonderful chests that keep their contents even when you break them and put them in your inventory, this comes in handy when you need to transport a lot of rock or some other building block, unfortunately I didn't find any.

Una de las cosas más resaltantes fue un evento que organizaron los creadores del servidor @ikasumanera y @perceval (si hubo alguien más involucrado disculpen por no nombrarlo) que consistía en ir al end a matar al dragón, nos dieron unas Elytras y unos cuantos fuegos artificiales para poder volar lo cual es genial. Nunca había volado en el juego, es una maravilla, todo es más rápido y fácil desde romper los cristales, no morir si te caes, escapar de los Endermans, todo es más pro con unas Elytras. Luego de matar al dragón no sé exactamente quien invoco unos 4 Wither que son significativamente más difíciles de vencer, esto también fue nuevo para mí ya que solo los había visto en algún video de Youtube, al terminar me di unas cuantas vueltas buscando una ciudad del end para matar algunos shulker que son necesarios para hacer unos cofres maravillosos que mantienen su contenido aun cuando los rompes y los guardas en tu inventario, esto viene genial cuando necesitas transportar mucha roca u algún otro bloque para una construcción, lamentablamente no encontre ninguno. ____

With everything I learned in the construction of the first farm, I started to make a new failsafe but this case would be creepers. In order not to have efficiency problems, I decided to do it in the middle of the ocean, specifically at the point where it is deepest, thus minimizing the appearance of mobs outside the farm, this greatly increases its productivity but makes the initial phases of the game much more tedious. draft. The design consists of a bowl-shaped platform where the flow of water directs the creepers towards some magma blocks where they die and drop the gunpowder in some hoppers that go to some chests, above this we have a redstone clock that activates a droper that releases water making the creepers fall to the killing bowl, with a few observers you can replicate this pattern and make several platforms to make the farm bigger. Finally we make a roof to shade the entire construction and thus make it functional day and night, I hope with this I will have enough gunpowder to blow up the entire nether and thus get enough netherite to fully equip myself. Con todo lo aprendido en la construcción de la primera granja, me puse en marcha para hacer una nueva a prueba de fallos pero este caso seria de creepers. Para no tener problemas de eficiencia decidí hacerla en el medio del océano, concretamente en el punto en el que es más profundo, así minimizo la aparición de mobs fuera de la granja, esto aumenta mucho su productividad pero hace mucho más tediosa las fases iniciales del proyecto. El diseño consta de una plataforma en forma de tazón donde el flujo de agua dirige los creepers hacia unos bloques de magma donde mueren y dejan caer la pólvora en unas tolvas que van a unos cofres, por encima de esto tenemos un reloj de redstone que activa un droper que suelta agua haciendo caer los creepers al tazón de matanza, con unos observer se puede replicar este patrón y hacer varias plataformas para hacer la granja más grande. Por último hacemos un techo para darle sombra a toda la construcción y así hacerla funcional de día como de noche, espero con esto tener pólvora suficiente para volar por los aires todo el nether y así conseguir la netherita suficiente para equiparme por completo.
