Hola amigos de Hive les envío un gran saludo espero que estén muy bien, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rica receta que he preparado y me la enseño mi papá,siempre me gustaba como el lo preparaba y me enojaba si no me quedaba igual jajaja yo creí podía intentarlo sola pero termine pidiéndole instrucciones se trata de un rico bistec en salsa y la podemos acompañar con arroz o también con pasta, en esta oportunidad yo lo hice con el arroz. Acá les dejo como fue que hice esta rica comida espero les guste.! Ingredientes: 1 Taza de arroz. 2 Tazas de agua. 4 Bistec (o los que desee) 1 Cebolla. 1 Pimentón. Un poco de cebollín. Salsa inglesa. Comino Adobo. Color. Sal al gusto. 1 Tomate. Aceite.

Preparación del arroz

- Debemos colocar en una olla, una taza de arroz con una cucharada y media de sal y a la misma dos tazas de agua llevar al fuego muy bajo y taparla hasta que esté es su punto blando. Preparación del Bistec
