Hola amigos de hive un saludo en especial a la colmena espero que estén bien en esta ocasión les presentare una receta familiar una torta hecha en carbón la cual quiero compartir con ustedes la realice junto con mi hijo, es muy sencilla preparar.

Ingredientes:

400g de harina de trigo, 300g de azúcar, 6 huevos 250g de mantequilla 2 tazas de leche Vainilla al gusto. Seguidamente colocamos la leche y vainilla al gusto y por ultimo agregamos la harina de trigo previamente tamizada mezclamos muy bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Ahora colocamos la mezcla en un molde previamente untado de mantequilla y harina lo llevamos a una paila cubrimos muy bien y la colocamos al fuego.

Debemos mantener un fuego moderado para evitar que se nos queme la torta, dejemos aproximadamente de 40 a 50 minutos en el fuego, luego una vez lista empezaremos a preparar el glaseado colocando en la cocina dos tazas de azúcar a fuego lento hasta que se derrita mientras que en un envase se colocan 3 tres huevo y se empieza a batir, luego se le agrega el azúcar derretida poco a poco después de tener el glaseado listo se empieza a decorar con sumo cuidado para no romper los bordes de la torta y por último se les colocas las galletas a su preferencia.
