About YINC
YINC (short for: 'You're IN Control') is the most simple, cost-effective and reliable way to hire service providers.

YINC’s mission is to revolutionize the way consumers search, choose and pay contractors by leveraging the nascent blockchain technology. By decentralizing a large number of actions, data, and features, the YINC platform brings a new way for consumers and service providers to use digital technology in the services market.

The YINC process creates transparency amongst vendors by giving them the ability to see who else is bidding for a job, but not what they bid. This creates ‘competitive urgency’, giving consumers timely responses and competitive pricing.

A consumer can only write a review once a job is completed and paid for on the YINC-system, which is confirmed by both the consumer and the vendor. The review is then stored on the Blockchain, eliminating the ability for fake and altered reviews. The company can’t tamper with it, even if the company wanted to!

Vendors will now have to put their money where their mouth is. Unlike today, pay to play will no longer be an option. Vendors will win more jobs based on their expertise in getting the job done, not on their expertise in appearing at the top of the ranks and paying for fake reviews = transparency.

Each job is stored on the Blockchain as well, creating a transparent, trustful and verifiable record, named LISTORY (list with history) with all relevant information regarding the project.

The YINC token is a utility token and enable peer-to-peer payment between consumers and vendors secured through a Smart Escrow service. Consumers and vendors can get back 50% or more of YINC’s vendor fee on the job by holding and using YINC tokens. YINC will guarantee downside protection in the form of a value floor of the token price at the time of ICO.
You can basically earn tokens by 1) completing a job, but also as a reward to users for 2) providing reviews upon completing a transaction + as a reward for 3) becoming direct References for vendors they previously hired.
The YINC platform doesn’t just handle services for the consumer market, it also handles services for all kinds of properties, including commercial, residential and nursing homes. The system was strategically designed alongside YINC’s partners, who own and manage multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios in the US and abroad. These partners have thousands of tenants and have already committed to using the platform for all of their properties. Property owners will have the added ability to use YINC for jobs that their own in-house or preferred vendors can handle.
