Pues resulta que yo tenía tiempo pensando en bajar de peso cambiar algunas rutinas en la que me he visto inmersa e incluso cambiar cosas de mí que anteriormente no eran así, de hecho siempre conversaba conmigo misma en la manera de enfocarme y soltar algunas cosas que no me hacen bien y en Cómo ayudarme a mí mismo para superar mis miedos que es lo que normalmente me atrapa a no avanzar y a sostener mis pensamientos que muchas veces son los que me someten y me sumergen en un lago de miedos, de preguntas sin respuestas y de la frase y acción de "luego lo hago". Pero resulta que el 22 de junio con todo lo acontecido en mi país, de alguna u otra forma entendí y he ido tratando de aprender a no dejar las cosas para luego y en este camino y travesía estoy aprendiendo también a enfocarme más en mí y en todo eso que quiero alcanzar o hacer, aprendiendo a aceptarme y a transformar eso que quizás no me agrada sin castigarme haciendo lo posible porque sea algo positivo y que me sume para que me llene en mi crecimiento y en lo emocional. Porque por ejemplo yo sé que tengo que bajar de peso, pero eso anteriormente lo veía como una meta muy grande y me auto castigaba por simplemente ser tallas grandes, y entendí que De igual forma podemos ser virtuosas y que podemos brillar a pesar de no tener una vida perfecta. Porque si nos damos cuenta pasamos la vida persiguiendo el momento perfecto la vida perfecta, el cuerpo perfecto, el hogar perfecto y muchas tantas otras cosas para alcanzar eso que socialmente nos enseñaron a "tener" para ser felices.

You see, I had been thinking for a while about losing weight, changing certain routines I’d fallen into, and even altering aspects of myself that hadn't always been that way. I used to talk to myself about how to focus, how to let go of things that weren't good for me, and how to overcome the fears that usually held me back—fears that kept me trapped in a sea of uncertainty and unanswered questions, and stuck in the habit of constantly saying "I'll do it later." But on June 22nd, given everything happening in my country, I realized—in one way or another—that I needed to stop putting things off. On this journey, I’m learning to focus more on myself and on the things I want to achieve or do. I’m learning to accept myself and transform the things I don't like without punishing myself, striving instead to make those changes positive—things that foster my personal and emotional growth. For instance, I know I need to lose weight, but I used to view it as a massive, daunting goal and would punish myself simply for being plus-sized. I’ve come to understand that we can be virtuous and shine brightly, even without having a perfect life. After all, we spend our lives chasing the perfect moment, the perfect life, the perfect body, the perfect home, and so many other things—all in pursuit of what society taught us we need to "have" in order to be happy.

Y bueno nada, ese fue mi post de hoy, espero seguir superando todos mis miedos, lo que me limita y empezar a creer más en mí creo que básicamente eso fue lo que me impulsó hacer esta transformación en mi imagen y por supuesto retomar nuevos hábitos que me hagan sentir más plena sin olvidar mi conexión con Dios y con todo aquello que me suma a tener una vida feliz sin patrones ni perfecciones. Espero ustedes también estén pasando por ese proceso de espero ustedes también estén pasando por ese proceso de catarsis y empiecen de manera positiva al igual que yo a transformar de alguna u otra forma todo aquello que en su momento quisieron hacer o cambiar pero lo pusieron para luego. Ahora me queda, otra meta que es aprender a soltar sin miedo y empezar a creer más…

So, anyway, that’s my post for today. I hope to keep overcoming all my fears and limitations, and to start believing in myself more—I think that’s basically what drove me to transform my image and, of course, adopt new habits that make me feel more fulfilled, all while staying connected to God and to everything that contributes to a happy life—free from rigid patterns or the need for perfection. I hope you, too, are going through this process of catharsis and—just as I am—are beginning to positively transform those things you once wanted to do or change but kept putting off. Now, I have another goal ahead of me: learning to let go without fear and starting to believe more...
