Halo people i will re: how to make this awesome flowers decoration out of crepe papers multi colours. Am going to show up the steps on hows the procedures works. See pictures below.

On materials am used crepe papers in multi colours, yarn, copper wire and scissors as tools.

Fold the crepe papers in zigzag folds.

Tie the mid of the crepe papers.

Spread the fold.

Lift up the crepe papers one by one.

Bright and wonderful😱
