There really is nothing quite like a warm slice of fresh bread served with a thick pat of butter on top. This recipe is perfect. It’s simple to follow, takes about 2 hours to make and yields 2 loaves of wonderful bread. At first the dough will seem very sticky and you’ll question if you should ad more flour. But you´re not going to do that. Preheat the oven to 225°C. Bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
