EJERCICIO FÍSICO.

Son muy sencillos y prácticos, tienen una duración aproximada de 1 hora. Me ayudan a tonificar Piernas, Glúteos y Abdomen. No importa si tienes unos kilitos de más o menos, todos podemos y debemos ejercitar nuestro cuerpo. Cuando asistía al gimnasio, mi entrenador me decía: > Nada haces pasando por todas las máquinas, si no haces el ejercicio correctamente. Lo que vas a ganar, es maltratar tu cuerpo, y en muchos de los casos, los daños pueden ser irreversibles. > > Recuerda: “No es la CANTIDAD, sino la CALIDAD”.

De acuerdo a lo que me enseñó mi entrenador, y considerando las herramientas que tengo en casa, elegí unos ejercicios que me ayudan a lograr mis objetivos y, sobre todo, mantenerme activa. Pero antes de cualquier rutina, recuerda hacer un Calentamiento Previo. Para lograr tu objetivo, debes combinar varias cosas: 🥞 Un Buen Desayuno. 🥛 Consumo de Agua continuamente. 🏋🏻‍♀️ Ejercicio Físico. 🧘‍♀ Relajación y Descanso.

Luego de 6 días consecutivos de Ejercicio Físico, viene el día de Ejercicio Mental. Generalmente, consideramos el día Domingo como el día de “NO HACER NADA”, pero eso es una mentira, muy mentirosa (valga la redundancia). Te explico por qué. Ese día lo tomamos para arreglar la casa, preparar todo para la semana, ir al parque con los niños, visitar a los familiares,…, y lo menos que hacemos es DESCANSAR. En realidad quedamos más agotados. No necesariamente tu Día 7 debe ser un Domingo. Puede ser cualquier día de la semana, incluso cualquier momento. Seguramente, has escuchado o has dicho alguna vez, las frases: > “El lunes empiezo en el gimnasio”. > “El lunes empiezo la dieta”. > “El lunes…” > “El lunes…” > “El lunes…” No importa el día que inicies, lo más importante es que lo hagas y mantengas la actividad hasta ser parte de tu Rutina Diaria, como lavar tus dientes o cepillar tu cabello. ¡Que se vuelva un hábito!. # El Ejercicio Físico es uno de los más difíciles de mantener porque amerita mucho esfuerzo, sin embargo, cuando te acostumbras, el cuerpo te pide esa ejercitación. De igual manera sucede con el DESCANSO. El cuerpo necesita liberarse del estrés y las tensiones de las actividades diarias. Una técnica que uso y me funciona muy bien es escuchar Música Instrumental acompañado del Control de la Respiración. They are very simple and practical, they last approximately 1 hour. They help me tone my legs, glutes and abdomen. But before any routine, remember to do a Warm-Up. After 6 consecutive days of Physical Exercise, comes the day of Mental Exercise. Generally, we consider Sunday as the day to “DO NOTHING”, but that is a lie, a very lying one (pardon the redundancy). I'll explain why. We take that day to tidy up the house, prepare everything for the week, go to the park with the children, visit relatives,..., and the least we do is REST. In reality we were more exhausted. Your Day 7 does not necessarily have to be a Sunday. It can be any day of the week, even any time. Surely, you have heard or ever said the phrases: > “On Monday I start at the gym.” > “On Monday I start the diet.” > “On Monday…” > “On Monday…” > “On Monday…” It doesn't matter what day you start, the most important thing is that you do it and maintain the activity until it becomes part of your Daily Routine, like brushing your teeth or brushing your hair. Let it become a habit! # Physical Exercise is one of the most difficult to maintain because it requires a lot of effort, however, when you get used to it, the body asks you for that exercise. The same happens with REST. The body needs to release the stress and tensions of daily activities. A technique that I use and that works very well for me is listening to Instrumental Music accompanied by Breath Control.
