Saludos queridos amigos y amigas @hive y de la comunidad @fulldeportes, hoy decidí realizar una rutina para el fortalecimiento y la coordinación, una rutina que se ve algo suave pero la verdad es exigente, en donde trabajamos ejercicios de planchas, con el propio peso corporal y con la ayuda de una mancuerna.

Realice 4 ejercicios desde la comodidad de mi hogar, el cual los trabaje desde muy temprano, muy buenos ejercicios bien completos para tener un buen tren superior fortalecido, y mejorar mucho lo que es la coordinación y mejora de postura.

El primer ejercicio realicé con la ayuda de una mancuerna, una plancha haciendo rotaciones, mientras nos mantenía extendido a un solo brazo con la otra mano, sujetamos la mancuerna y hacemos rotación hacia dentro y hacia arriba.

Segundo ejercicio procedemos a las planchas un poco más movidas y activas, ya serían unas planchas bien mixtas, en el que empezamos en posición como si fuéramos a realizar flexiones, y estando extendido haremos elevaciones unilaterales con ambos brazos, luego con cada pierna haremos una flexión de pierna hacia los codos tipo araña, bajamos a las planchas tradicionales hacemos juego de piernas a los lados y volvemos a la posición inicial.

Tercer ejercicio es muy similar al primer ejercicio que ejecute en el vídeo, únicamente que esta vez estamos totalmente desde el suelo, con los codos en el piso, haciendo rotaciones junto a una mancuerna, preferiblemente un peso ligero que sea cómodo de realizar el ejercicio, este ejercicio es excelente para el fortalecimiento de core, espalda y sobre todo para mejorar la postura.

Cuarto ejercicio haremos elevaciones unilaterales totalmente extendido, nos tocamos la rodilla con la mano contraria que usaremos para hacer una elevación y forma continua, haremos lo mismo con la otra mano, usando la pierna contraria y siempre al momento de tocar la rodilla haremos una extensión de brazo hacia adelante y de pierna hacia atrás.
