Leckeres (Kalorien-reiches) Sandwich für Zwischendurch.

Zutaten (1 Sandwich):

2 Packungen Bacon
2 Scheiben Sandwichtoast
1 Ei
3 Scheiben Käse nach Geschmack
1 Chili
1 Schuss Milch
Salz
Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Arbeitszeit: 15 Min. (tatsächliche Zubereitungszeit) / Ruhezeit: keine Back-/Kochzeit: 10 Min. / Schwierigkeitsgrad: simpel / Kalorien p. P.: keine Angabe.

Bacon auslegen oder als Netz flechten. Das Ei mit dem Schuss Milch verrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Eine Scheibe Sandwich Brot mit einer Seite ins Ei legen und dann mit der Eiseite nach unten auf den Bacon legen.

Nun zwei Scheiben Käse auf das Sandwich Brot legen, je nach Geschmack kleingeschnittene Chili zugeben und mit einer weiteren Scheibe Käse bedecken.

Eine zweite Scheibe Sandwichbrot in das Ei legen und mit der Ei Seite nach oben auf den Käse legen.

Nun das Sandwich mit dem restlichen Bacon einpacken, wie ein kleines Geschenk, so das alle Seiten dicht sind.

Auf dem Kontaktgrill nun von allen Seiten braten / grillen.

Alternativ auf dem Grill indirekt grillen oder in der Pfanne anbraten.

Preperation:

Working time: 15 minutes (actual preparation time) / rest period: no baking / cooking time: 10 minutes / difficulty level: simple / calories p. P .: not specified

Lay out the Bacon or weave it as a net. Mix the egg with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of sandwich bread with one side in the egg and then place with the ice-side down on the bacon.

Place two slices of cheese on the sandwich, add chopped chili to taste and cover with another slice of cheese.

Put a second slice of sandwich bread in the egg and place it with the egg side up on the cheese.

Now wrap up the sandwich with the rest of the bacon as a small gift, so that all sides are tight.

Roast on the contact grill from all sides.

Alternatively barbecue on the grill or fry in the pan.
