Hoy les traigo una receta de un pastico, un poco fuera de lo usual, ya que los pastichos que conocemos llevan carne, pasta, salsa y queso. Me gusta experimentar un poco con respecto a qué ingredientes podría añadir a las recetas tradicionales, dependiendo de mis gustos claro. Suelo cambiar un poco las recetas ya que quizá me aburre un poco comer lo mismo de la misma manera. Esta receta se ha convertido en una de mis favoritas al momento de cocinar, porque ¿a quién no le gusta una buena salsa y una pasta combinada con un sinfín de ingredientes más? Al pasticho le he añadido calabacín, debo decir que me he inspirado en mi novio, ya que a él le gusta mucho añadir calabacín a sus comidas. Si aun no sabes como se hace el pasticho o te gustaría probarlo, puedes seguir paso a paso esta receta y te aseguro que quedará para chuparse los dedos.

## __Ingredientes__ ![zucchini_lasagna_2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeEo5vDDvysDKPaUf37CnT6VEMZZqsUfNSQhF8zDXEvy2/zucchini_lasagna_2.png) - Pasta para pasticho (directa al horno) - Queso mozzarella - 1 Calabacin mediano - 1 cebolla - sal - pimienta - 4 dientes de ajo - queso parmesano __Salsa Bolognesa__ - 10 tomates rojos - 200gr de carne molida - aceite de oliva __Salsa bechamel__ - 2 tazas de Leche liquida (entera, semidescremada o descremada) - 4 cucharadas soperas de harina de trigo - 20gr de mantequilla - nuez moscada ## __Procedimiento:__ 1. Precalentar el horno a a 350ºC o 662 ºF, en mi caso utilicé un horno eléctrico 2. Tener un molde listo para armas el pasticho 3. Cortar en lonjas el calabacín 4. Cortar en cuadritos o lonjas el queso mozzarella 5. Cortar la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños 6. __Salsa bolognesa:__ lavar muy bien los tomates y colocarlos en una olla con agua y ponerlo a fuego medio, de esta manera cocinamos los tomates hasta que veamos que ellos sueltan su piel. Una vez listos, se licuan y se vierte en una olla. La carne se prepara en un sarten a parte, al cual se le agrega aceite de oliva y se sofríen 3 o 4 dientes de ajo y se agrega la carne hasta que esta este cocida. Esta se agrega en la olla en donde tenemos la salsa, agregar sal y pimienta al gusto y dejar cocinar durante unos 10 minutos, retirar el fuego. ![Bolognesa.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRVkWdDfx7kFwKXqu3CYcVQ722evJggoSm9jgkL7ZyFQk/Bolognesa.jpg) 7.__Salsa bechamel:__ Colocar en una olla los 20gr de mantequilla y la cebolla. Tomar la leche y disolver la harina en ella y luego agregarla a la olla en donde tenemos ya la mantequilla y la cebolla, agregamos sal, pimienta y nuez moscada al gusto. Debemos cocinar esta salsa a fuego medio y moviendo constantemente con una cuchara de madera hasta que veamos que empieza a ponerse espesa y allí retiramos del fuego. ![BECHAMEL.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeMLNGDDuQ3YK8N6vEuPk88AXa6oDdxjri8vw1heyHXPV/BECHAMEL.jpg) 8.¡Ahora si, vamos a armar nuestro pasticho! Tomamos el molde y la primera capa que agregamos será la de la salsa bolognesa para evitar que el pasticho se queme en el fondo, agregar una capa de pasta para pasticho, una capa de salsa bolognesa, capa de calabacín, salsa bechamel y queso mozzarella y asi sucesivamente, en este orden, hasta completar el molde. Puedes agregarle pollo en vez de carne, si no eres consumidor de carnes rojas puedes hacerlo solo con salsa napoli o también puedes usar solo calabacín en sustituto a la pasta para pasticho, de cualquier forma queda exquisito. I usually do it because maybe it bores me a bit to eat the same in the same way, this recipe has become one of my favorites to cook, because who doesn’t like a good sauce and a pasta combined with a host of ingredients more? I have added zucchini to the lasagna, I must say that I was inspired by my boyfriend, because he likes to add zucchini to his meals. If you still do not know how to cook lasagna or you would like to try it, you can follow this recipe step by step and I assure you that it will be left to suck your fingers.

## __Ingredients__ ![zucchini_lasagna_2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeEo5vDDvysDKPaUf37CnT6VEMZZqsUfNSQhF8zDXEvy2/zucchini_lasagna_2.png) - Pasta for lasagna (direct to the oven) - Mozzarella cheese - 1 medium zucchini - 1 onion - Salt - Pepper - 4 cloves of garlic - Parmesan cheese __Bolognese sauce__ - 10 red tomatoes - 200gr of ground beef - olive oil __Bechamel sauce__ - 2 cups of liquid milk (whole, part skim or skim milk) - 4 tablespoons wheat flour - 20gr of butter - nutmeg ## __Process__ 1. Preheat the oven to 662ºF, in my case I used an electric oven 2. Have a mold ready for weapons the lasagna 3. Cut the zucchini into slices 4. Cut into squares or slices the mozzarella cheese 5. Take the milk and dissolve the flour in it, then add it to the pot where we already have butter and onion, add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
