Hola querida comunidad de hive les escribe por acá** Ahmad Ismail Hammoud** este es mi blog de presentación, tengo 25 años nací en siria y viví en Venezuela casi toda mi vida donde me gradué como ingeniero industrial y luego de eso empecé como hobbie en el mundo de la repostería el cual me encanto muchísimo, actualmente me encuentro en mi país natal siria desempeñándome como repostero desde mi hogar con mucho amor y mucha entrega, por el hecho de ser ingeniero no tenía la más mínima visión de lo que era este maravilloso mundo y hoy por hoy es lo que me apasiona, con esto les quiero decir que no hay límites para aprender cosas nuevas y que nunca sabemos dónde encontraremos algo que nos haga felices, para ser francos jamás pensé que me podría gustar tanto la repostería y al día de hoy sigo aprendiendo muchas cosas y voy desarrollando mi trabajo día a día con más agilidad y destreza creando diseños nuevos y descubriendo técnicas para facilitar mi trabajo, esto me hace sentir muy bien pues he tenido el apoyo de toda mi familia y la clientela de este lugar que a pesar de que nací aquí pero me fui me volvió a dar la mejor de las bienvenidas.

Hello dear hive community Ahmad Ismail Hammoud writes to you here this is my presentation blog, I am 25 years old I was born in Syria and I lived in Venezuela almost all my life where I graduated as an industrial engineer and after that I started as a hobby in the world of confectionery which I loved very much, currently I am in my native Syrian country working as a pastry chef from my home with much love and dedication, because I was an engineer I did not have the slightest vision of what this wonderful world was and today for today it is what I am passionate about, with this I want to tell you that there are no limits to learning new things and that we never know where we will find something that makes us happy, to be honest I never thought that I could like pastries so much and today I continue to learn many things and I am developing my work day by day with more agility and skill creating new designs and discovering techniques to facilitate my work, this makes me feel very good because I have I had the support of all my family and the clientele of this place who, despite the fact that I was born here but left, gave me the best of welcomes.

Actualmente la mayoría de mis trabajos son en crema pues no he estudiado como tal para esto que estoy desarrollando que es la parte de la repostería artística o creativa y sin embargo he intentado mejorar para siempre ofrecer a mis clientes pasteles de calidad que puedan ser del agrado de todos, seguiré buscando mejorar cada día y de buscar más técnicas para desarrollar este maravilloso trabajo el cual espero poder compartirles por este medio, entre estas se encuentran maneras sencillas de decorar pasteles y formas seguras de trasladar los mismos, sobre todo cuando se tratan de varios niveles, además de seguir enamorándome de la repostería que cada día que pasa las lindas palabras de mis clientes me inspiran a seguir perfeccionando mucho más.

Una de las principales cosas que he descubierto en la repostería es que hacer un pastel es como hacer un sándwich, un pan puede quedar bastante bien solo con mantequilla y algo de queso o jamón, es bastante bueno, pero es mejor si le añadimos salsa, lechuga, tomate, varios tipos de queso, entre otras cosas, lo mismo pasa con los pasteles, un bizcocho con un almíbar normal para remojar y un merengue o crema, queda muy bien pero siempre es mejor añadir algún adicional al relleno bien sean frutas, trozos de chocolate, frutos secos, maní, almendras entre otro, también al momento de decorar si se puede añadir algún aromatizante a la crema bien sea crema de mantequilla, merengue o hasta la misma crema chantilly esto con la finalidad de tener un resultado agradable al paladar y combinar un buen sabor con una buena presentación ya que de nada vale que el pastel se vea apetitoso si la degustación será muy común y nada especial, siempre es bueno apostar por nuestro trabajo, ser generosos con nuestros pasteles para que esto se vea reflejado en el sabor y al final tendremos muy buena reseña con los clientes. Aún me considero como un principiante en este mundo pues hay tantas cosas que aprender, yo al igual que muchos que inician hoy en día en esta labor, no me salían las más lindas decoraciones o no sabía cómo hacer las rosas de crema incluso los puntos sencillos se me hacían difíciles. Solo les puedo decir que no pierdan la fe en ustedes y que hagan las cosas con amor, no se desanimen y muy importante, hay que saber programar la mente para el éxito que estamos buscando, siempre hablarnos a nosotros mismos con espíritu positivo, decirnos yo puedo hacerlo, yo voy a hacerlo, uno es bueno para lo que se propone y hace con disciplina, esto se trata de practica de seguir intentando y de seguir mejorando a diario, dar el todo por el todo, a todos nos tocan días malos a todos nos pasa que no nos sale algo a la primera, pero es mejor haber hecho algo mal de lo cual puedes aprender y aprovechar para un beneficio, a no intentarlo y quedarse estancado y pensando que pasaría si… la vida son dos días amigos y no quieres pasarte un día entero pensando sin actuar; espero les guste mi presentación y los siguientes post sean de su agrado, para finalizar quiero anexarles unas fotos de mis trabajos mas recientes.

I can only tell you not to lose faith in yourself and to do things with love, do not be discouraged and very importantly, you have to know how to program your mind for the success we are seeking, always speak to ourselves in a positive spirit, tell ourselves I can do it, I'm going to do it, one is good at what one sets out to do and does it with discipline, this is about practicing to keep trying and keep improving every day, giving everything for everything, we all have bad days It happens to us all that something doesn't come out the first time, but it is better to have done something wrong from which you can learn and take advantage of for a benefit, than not trying and staying stuck and thinking what would happen if... life is two days friends and not you want to spend a whole day thinking without acting.
