Una vez que actúe la levadura; agregar en el volcán la mezcla del huevo y el maíz tierno licuado, ir incorporando poco a poco con la mano o con ayuda de una cuchara o taroco hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, luego agregamos la manteca para terminar de incorporar la harina y empezar amasar sin apretar la masa solo amasar hasta que los ingredientes se incorporen bien... Ir limpiando el mesón con ayuda de un taroco o espátula y espolvorear harina si se pega en el mesón o si es necesario...

Desgasificar y volver amasar para dividir la masa en varios trozos y dar forma de bola, posteriormente colocamos en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada, luego dejamos reposar en la bandeja por diez minutos. Pasado los 10 minutos embarnizamos y llevamos al horno a 180 grados por 35 minutos o hasta que estén listo dependiendo de la rapidez de su horno. Finalizado a degustar su este pan que es una ricura que podemos disfrutar en casa...
